- It's been a couple months since we got back from Tickfaw, but something we won't forget isn't what we saw but what we heard. There's nothing better than hearing the power from the engines on display. Watch and listen in the last of our three part series.

The noise these things make when they start is just awesome! Being from Florida, and having the Emerald Coast Poker Run hosted right down the road, I can say that the dock is the absolute best place to see and hear these things!

Not really a boat guy usually, but I've been enjoying the lovely noise that this recommended video chain has taken me through! Just wondering, are those exhausts below the water level? We've all seen an exhaust suck something back into it when the throttle is released.....so what happens to the water? Are those pipes straight back to the engines, or is there some kind of bilge-pump trickery going on, so they are multi purpose?

Why is water being sucked into exhaust pipes? Is it to keep them cool or what? It would seem that the water pumping through the engine could be diverted elsewhere (and I saw that also).
It's being blown out of the exhaust, not sucked into it lol

That would be the only way I would own one of those. Otherwise it's a large boat for 6 people. Stupid. But still, I would take the smaller boats even if I had millions in the bank j could blow every day without worrying about going broke again

South Florida is terrible for finding boats. You gotta head north to Montana to get a good offshore rig. Take my word. Just head north

@@MRSTEEL15 don't make that mistake. Get a nice hatteras convertible. Air.conditioner , stateroom, galley and overnight capability. Bring me aboard as first mate and let's go fishing. Real hard to bang chicks at the dockside bar in a center.console. it is possible but the whole A/C, bed, galley and shower options improves the quality of willing pArticipants

why is water coming out of what seems to be exhaust pipes?
It could be exhaust gas manifold cooling water outlet.
I guess its a legit question if you never owned a boat or know how boat engines work. Water must cool engines, water pump sucks water ether from river or sea and cycles it through the engine and then exists through exhaust pipes, since they got no radiators like cars do. In cars it woud go throgh the radiator and get cooled, on boats since there is plenty of water it just exits after cooling engine.
