Not very. Restricts proper growth. She xid it early on so baby wasn't too restricted.
Fisher D in early pregnancy, it’s okay because the baby is small. Later on, it’s not good to wear regular spanx but they do make special pregnancy spanx that aren’t tight over the abdomen which you can wear

Thank you for bringing up infertility, my husband and I have gone through four rounds of in vitro fertilization all resulting in miscarriage.
