My mom works in shifts so we never got to spend christmas or new years together, it was either one or sometimes none. Working in a hospital is a very tough job.. instead of being happy and home with your family you get to see people of all ages die instead. These people are heroes who never get a break

She said she's a big fan of Ed and his songs mean a lot to her (specifically Supermarket Flowers, as she played it at her mum's funeral). Her question was "when are you going back on tour and can I have tickets please?" He gave her tickets for her, her kids, her best friend, and her best friend's kids.
I hope this clears up most of it. They should add subtitles to their videos.
