About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first RUclips channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

I love to see you with your mom. She has a lot of patience. The way you open her pots while she’s cooking and doesn’t get upset. When I am cooking I don’t want anyone opening my pots 😂. She is sooo loving with the dogs 😊. Enjoy every minute with her she is a gem ❤🫶🏽

Let me tell you Mikey I had scoliosis and sciatica and ever since I practice yoga I felt so much better but first you need to go to a yoga instructor or attend yoga classes and tell your instructor your problem.I am 65 yrs.old and been practicing yoga for the past 10 years now .Yo too can do it.Good luck.

I love your mother Micky very Filipino mother, she cooks, clean, loving your fur babies and very down to earth. When i oberserved her as if she is my alter ego very very much like me, that is why i love your vlogs. When we have fiesta celebration i cooked some of the recipes a night before like humba, salad very very much alike wuth your mother.

In the western, they call it ambrosia salad (fruit salad).
So glad your getting treatment for your back and seeing the PT right away. After all your sessions, you're therapist should give you a list of exercises you can do at home. The vibration machine is like a TENS unit. You can order one on-line so you can do the TENS (patches on your own). Love you're mom's cooking. Ilocano desserts the best! Hope your back progress to getting better. Take care.

Good evening once again Mikey, and welcome back! What a blast to see and meet you all guys, and seeing these visitors is just an amazing sight to see, oh and seeing them drink Coke? Yeah, baby! That's Filipino style of enjoying all your rice meals! Also, everytime we prep meals/desserts at our household or see you guys do it in video the day before the guests come like this one, it tends to give me an exciting feeling how awesome of a party it is gonna be soon guys!

I’ve had two herniated disc’s for years and was told by specialists,they never go back,I also have collapse facets in the spin,from time to time I get a trapped nerve !
I’ve had steroid injections in the spin ! and learnt to not overdo things, I bought a sleeping duck mattress here in Australia,it’s amazing for my back,I no longer wake up with a aching stiff back !

Your house is my dream house and I love all the lighting!! The U-shaped buffet island is so ingenious. You can access food thru the middle and there's cabinets inside!! That's clever!!
In your bird nest firm ..if you see them get brown on the back leaves ,means; they are the eggs of the nest…if you spray spread them in the coco fit , it will germinate…another bird nest to you…love your yard so beautiful 😍

I'm really appreciating you sharing all this with your Back. I wish you didn't have to go through it but, seeing what you do is very helpful. I really do wish you had the CBD option available to you. I also have a balm that also has some peppermint in it too and, WOW, that stuff is incredible. You're really brave to try the acupuncture, personally I'm not a fan but, don't let that detract you. I think they're having a little fun with you (showing you the needle), LOL. We grown men are such babies sometimes. The needles only go in a little bit. I totally forgot about having to wear shoes in the house, I do the same thing. Crocks are what I wear, easy on and easy off, LOL.
Mom's are the best!! Moms (and Grandmas) seem to generally be "short", I'm not that tall but, I towered over my Mom too, LOL. I noticed your Mom when you're doing the home tour, she's so proud (it really warms my heart).
I'm like your Mom, I start one or two days before a big gathering at my house. Honestly, it's like therapy for me, I love it when I have an excuse to cook my butt off, LOL. I think you may need a bigger pot or two for these large meals ;). You're the funny one, Mikey. In my kitchen, I'd invite you to sit at the counter and drink some wine, I'd love that conversation. I love Silver Swan Soy Sauce, it's a staple condiment in my pantry. LOL, I recognize that jar opener ;), I use mine almost everyday.

The thing about taking painkillers during an injury, it's like covering the check engine light in your car. Pain tells your body to rest and to heal. Taking painkillers dunbs down the pain which further damages the injury because you're continuing moving instead of resting and letting it heal.

This also applies to fever and why you shouldn't take medicine (antipyretic) to stop a fever. Fever is the body's mechanism of fighting infection. It raises the body's temperature which kills the infection inside your body. Stopping the fever by taking medicines that stop a fever (antipyretic) means your stopping the body's defense against infection.

IT'S A LONG VLOG BUT I ENJOYED IT SOOOOOOO MUCH. HEART WARMING TO BE WITH RELATIVES.
Looks like it's quite the full house haha. I agree with the method your mother uses, where she will start preparing and cooking food the night before, since I also do the same since I usually cook the food we will be eating during the next day in advance since it saves a lot of time.
Nice to know as well that the birds and other wildlife have started to congregate in the garden due to all the plants, especially the Bird's Nest Ferns. Always makes a garden more lush and more inviting to wildlife.

B4 u said my butts gonna b on internet🫣 I was thinking the same thing, 1st he took pics w/everyone n now they taking pics n video of his booty😱🤣. Next time, it will b easier to have the needle therapy, because now u know what to expect n can relax. Omg b4 my back surgery the PT is what got me thru. It never totally relieved my pain, but for few days after each treatment, it would at least b bearable. The massages for the Siatic Nerve would give me 3-4 days of no symptoms... Amazing!!!
It was so nice to see & meet ur extended family. I smiled, watching everyone enjoying the Farmhouse. I love ur Aunt & Uncle from Palm Springs, they have a great energy, a lotta fun, up for anything type of vibe🥰 N of course ur mom killed it on the food😋 U know they have these splatter screens/wall protectors that u can place on wall behind/side of stove, its a thin panel that fits perfectly n saves the wall/ paint from stains, u can scrub away w/no wall damage, for when u don't want to tile the wall behind. They come n clear n even colors, n stainless steal. U get m at like Home Depot/Lowes. I couldn't live w/o 1😉💞
She's like my mom too. kalderita is one of my mom's best dishes.i think both ur mom &mine are using their tastes, no measurements like chefs of today thats why its so difficult to really cook like they do.i miss my mama seeing ur mom.treasure the moments with ur mom now.luv watching u guys/ur vlogs.God bless everyone

Mikey! We hope your parents will be visiting and stay 3 months of 2x per year! It’s a good break for them both and they get to bond with you and rj (his fam too). We love them and we learned so much from them too. And they enjoyed being in Pinas and they can help you around the house especially with spoiling you guys with their cooking … and tour them in some of your other properties and maybe they can help you with ideas about what to do and build in your Visayas farm property and enjoy their visits there and tour the visayas and Mindanao with you guys and with some relatives and your (and Rj’s) bestfriends. I do liked all these new vlogs content, varieties are exciting and I don’t mind the long vlogs, it’s fun and educational and with dramas, hehehe! I hope by next year you and Rj will have time to talk and consider having babies - one from each, a surrogate one! Maybe 3-4 years apart and so you guys get to enjoy long term the eldest before having another sibling and with that the jealousy will be lesser from the eldest child towards the youngest. I'm so glad you are seeing a physical therapist. It does help if you keep with it. Like any medical professional sometimes you need to find the right one. It took 6 months for me but I'm finally feeling the improvement and that I won't need surgery on my neck. I know how you are though.... DON'T PUSH IT FASTER than they recommend. This is NOT a case where more is better. You can over do it and go backwards. Don't forget to try increasing your collagen. It will help tissue repair. I use Bean Envy's Coconut MCT oil + collagen + acacia fiber powder as creamer in my coffee each morning.
