What can I say, at that time I was just playing that version and didn't even know the kill kick button, I pressed every attack button and somehow randomly (probably a simulated shortcut) got the immortality cheat :D
Go to option, find key configuration and you will see some Japanese word with number 1 and 2 behind them translated special move 1 and 2. After you found it, you can choose which button to do the rider kick. I hope that helps a lot. (Bonus: you can taunting by pressing select button)

I don't know because the finishing blow is hard to do in this game
