Other than sleeping, the other side effects of quitting daily smoking is you’re highly irritable, (and for me personally) you’re much less focused when you’re so used to focusing while you’re high. Quitting was not a fun experience, but when I look back on me being high practically 24/7… sober life is much better. I’ll still get high on the occasional weekend, but it was so bad always being high.
