When Katie gave that speech about weight I started crying because I realized that I'm not happy with myself and my weight. I'm only 12, I am 5'6, and I weight 170 lbs and my whole life I've been bullied because I'm am overweight. It took me over 5 years to learn to love myself and I was looking for attention for my whole life and I was looking for people to accept me, but I couldn't find those people. I eventually realized that I am the one that i should impress and that I'm the one that gets to choose how I live and if things make me upset or not. I have very sensitive feeling so I let everything get to me, but I have been working on that. As Katie is saying, don't worry about what people think of you just impress you (and if you are religious, impress God, too.) You get to choose how you live and if things get to you. I love you all and I care about you. I want to give a big thanks to Katie for changing my perspective about myself. I love you, Katie and thank you so much. (I love you, too Josh)

And if you are one of those people that judge people about there weight I have NO words for you except STOP because it hurts peoples feelings a lot and some people do things to themselves because of what people say!!! And for the people that are the ones that are judged about there weight don't let it get to you because it doesn't matter what other people think about you!!! Your opinion of yourself is the only opinion that MATTERS!!! And it truly makes me upset that people judge other people because of their weight it truly does and it makes me lose hope in the world.
