What a wonderful glimpse into the home and lives of Tasmanian royalty. Thank you. To see a functional happy loving family is endearing. Thank you soo much for this.
A beautiful look at developments, Rob and Erin, how wonderful that Scout spotted the platypus, perhaps a bit that the platypus came up to have a look at the cute young fellow. Thw scene where it's sunning itself on a submerged rock and having a preen was a treat too. Our forget-me-nots are the type with sticky seed pods, which is how they're spread. We'd see them along paths in the Dandenongs, the little seeds drop when the pod is rubbed off clothing and animal fur and hair. As you're regularly into remote parts that you'd practice some biosecurity in not taking anything into or out of the bush, we've some winery regions that soil carries a disease that's bad for the industry, some things we do, washing and panning the dirt off boots and equipment, inadvertently covers a number of possible problems, and keeps the equipment and tools fresh, rust-free, and ready to go for the next adventure, no rotting socks weekd in the car! Be well, you three plus another soon! Gabi of Narre Warren.
Beautiful! Thank you for showing us this gorgeous video record of your gorgeous day out as a family. How sweet is little Scout and his enjoyment of the platypus show was so cute! 😀
Thank you for sharing your video the park you were at was so lovely and full of flowers. Scout is getting such a big boy and always so happy. Love your videos.
Those little chicks are adorable! You are definitely their Mumma now, Erin. They will be following you around everywhere as they grow into pullets ❤ How special that you have Forget me Nots in the backyard, beautiful reminder ☺
Been hatching chicks for 45 years. From pipping it’s normally 12 to 24 hours before they hatch. They sit there absorbing the last of the yolk. Still today I watch in amazement as they hatch. Well done as you had some troubles with power at times. Luckily I have found that in the first week or so , it does not appear to have much impact on hatch rates. Years ago when using broody hens a couple of times I locked hens out of thier eggs , because if I didn’t they would go straight back on and not eat. For around 24 hours, eggs fully cold but still hatched. I have had power cuts in the last week and lost the lot.
How wonderful! Such gorgeous fluffballs! It's much warmer up there than here in the Huon. Your garden is way ahead of ours. ❤ Scout is looking so mischievous these days, such a boy! 😂 Much love to your beautiful family!
Rob you’ve brought the memories flooding back for me and my wife today .We always came to Tas in the spring for many years . Thank you for sharing your every day life with us .
Love all your Videos including your scouting ones. You have a lovely family. Congrats on your future little one that will be joining you soon. God Bless you will love, peace and joy.
3:36 Tassie born and bred who has grown up hatching chickens. IF they aren’t hatching in a very long time then you can get clean tweezers and help them hatch a little. Not too much or else they will die but you can do things to help chickens hatching.

Hi guys, Firstly congratulations on your Special 2nd October Day day. Secondly your amazing family growing spurt, both Scout, chicks, birdlife gardens trees foliage and all the awesome work you two have lovingly done> Truly, an inspirational impact on those who can come and enjoy. Even through your excellent videography. I love the fact of the flowering Forget-me -Nots. Right on cue. Your darling yellow fluffy bundles I strongly suspect are the most spoilt in the whole district. Thanks again for sharing with us this Special Journey of Life you are on. Wonderful !! 🤠💞🙏🙏
hello from the philippines so glad im happy watching your vlog such a nice place and nice family too thank you for sharing your story and your place God bless you all❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Rob with some plants, I believe tomatoes, its actually better to avoid watering the whole plant from above, rather you should water at the foot of the plant. Especially with your local watersource it can contain stuff that makes your plants sick. Small change, a bit like washing your hands. Bit of hygiëne.
Check those Myosotis (forget-me-nots) are one of the native species and not one of the introduced ones which are invasive. I want to say that they look like introduced ones, unfortunately.
The wildlife, flowers, trees, and humans are all so beautiful as they bloom. The chooks are just too cute as well...

That was my thought too - they are a declared weed and will spread and very hard to get rid of.
Interested in skincare but allergic to natural fragrance oil.
After the winds our greenhouse split. Where did Rob find that plastic please?
Please, please let me know where you get your dresses.
