I think mine is broken? When I use it, I never hear a chime to let me know it’s done. I just ran it again, i know it’s done b/c it’s not running but there’s just a buzzing sound. How does the panel look when it’s complete? The manual says the button will light up, is it all the buttons or just a few? Thanks!
It's mounted with 2 screws on the sides, with the clips they provided, not on the counter. I would not do the counter, not worth damaging the counter, the 2 side screws are enough, it doesn't need much
@@atanasiogutierrez319 Did you get this resolved or did you need to trade it in? I wish i had spent a bit more as I find quite a few things frustrating with this model. Oh well live and learn.
on the start button i believe it says if u hold for 3 seconds it will drain the water. I know its there not 100% which button but its written down on the pannel.
The water inlet on the side does not stop pouring water without the dishwasher being on, if you could help 🤦♀️ I don't know if it is a bad installation
That's very typical, you need to select heated dry in order to have it not wet. But I simply open the door after the wash cycle and let the steam evaporate the water, I prefer not to use heated dry
This model of dish washer only lasted 5 years, after which time leak began to happen on the bottom; then it wouldn't engage into wash cycle; then two lights would come on at the same time and the washer just wouldn't go. We had cleaned it, maintained it as best as we could all along, and would only run it every other day, so we didn't abuse it. So after a few months of tinkering with it and nonsense, we're getting a better dish water, and probably not a Samsung.
@@msteevincent7471 I just added rinse aide in the dishwasher and it worked! Normal cycle, heated dry. Try that, it left the inside very dry. Some water was still on top of glasses but that is usual.
I would've gotten a samsung as I have an account and financing with them and it's a cheaper machine. Unfortunately the washer dimensions are too big for the space I have so I went with a Bosch.
How does this run? Press options for wash then close? Mine doesn’t have enough space for putting finger there for cancel.
You press Power, choose the options, then press Start and you must close the door within 3 seconds and it will run.

Whats the clean feature for ?
i got the same model there is no water coming to the dishwasher and those blade are not spinning any suggestion from any one thx
The dishwasher just got done, but I accidentally touch the light indicator and 2:50 light cams on ,what should do?
Hello, I just got this same model recently. Do you know how often we need to do routine cleaning vs deep cleaning?
After the wash cycle the door opens for dishes to dry can you say how to turn off this function because it’s steaming up the kitchen thank you
Thank you. How do you run a test?
Hey we just got this. It washes GREAT but ALWAYS leaves the dishes all wet. Does it not dry ???
Thank you for this video! Helped me figure everything out with having to read the manual ☺️
I run this at night and the "finished" or "clean" light is not on in the morning. Is there a way to make the light stay on until I open it?
How did you mount it to your counter? Did you have to buy separate clips to hold it to the counter?

Hello, I would like to know if, on the other hand, mine leaks permanent water and I think it is wrong 🤦♀️I hope for your help, thank you
How has it held up after almost a year in use?
My drain pump is toast after 1.5 years- this exact model. 10/10 do not recommend.
My issue is the water doesn’t fully drain at the bottom and my dishwasher is brand new. Any suggestions?
I just got one the same thing happened i don't know what's wrong

Mine does the same thing. About 1.5 years old.
on the start button i believe it says if u hold for 3 seconds it will drain the water. I know its there not 100% which button but its written down on the pannel.
Does anyone know where I might find a new drain pump for this model?
Can it clean the dishes without you washing with tough dirt on?

My dishes are not drying and the inside stays wet. Can you let me know if I need to press something else to get everything dry? Thanks

Hi Colleen -- I'm having the same issue I have read and search online no guidance on how to dry the dishes.

Mine is leaving condensation in after and dishes are still wet its brand new

My dishwasher is new. Same model.. stupid thing doesnt dry... it tries to... but fails...
After installation and plugging the dishwasher in, it makes a humming sound . Is that normal ?
That doesn't seem normal, you mean electrical humming noise? Check the electrical box has solid correct connections
Can you explain the meaning of the light right next to the start button, above the lock sign?!
I looked all over in the instruction manual and did not see a single explanation for that symbol
@@PoolarityChannel thank you, neither did I.....
can you hard wire this ?
Yes.
These new touch appliances are hard to work. My light is blinking by the auto button and dishwasher does nothing after i hit start and close it.
Did you push the start button and close the door within 5 seconds?
Yeah, these new touch button drive me nuts too. It does take awhile to get use to them.
@@PoolarityChannel My husband got it working. He just touched a couple of buttons and boom. It was the same exact thing I tried to do.
Having the same issue
My dishwasher keep reading LC and won’t come on ..
TO ANYONE: HOW DO I TURN FOR THE AUTO-RELEASE? THANK YOU!!
WTF kind of review doesn't use the product? Lame.
