Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Janet, Britney, JLo, as well as other artists videos scenes, and moves were incorporated in the videos. Fun Fact: was that during the making of the video they didn't play the song for them to dance to. They used some sort of Clap Track cause they didn't want to risk the song being recorded and put out before Normani and her team was ready. Someone has it posted on Twitter showing behind the scene of the last scenes and you can see them dancing and hear the clap track. The fact they were able to do such flawless dancing to clapping versus the actual audio of the song shows how talented Normani and those dancers are. Normani, in fact, did the flips because she was an award-winning competitive gymnast as well as a dancer before 5th Harmony. She also did the ball bouncing trick with a real ball, she's very coordinated and has a very good command of her body. Someone who worked on the video said that she did that move in one take. Normani was trained in multiple fields of dance, including back in 2017 when she competed on Dancing with the Stars, was trained in multiple styles of BallRoom dancing.
