The combination of tried and tested modules (Rings, Clouds, etc.) with high-quality other modules shows once again that in Modular Ambient, often little is needed to create great beautiful things. @@star.trails Certainly, putting the equipment on the floor offers ‘new cinematic angles’ and challenges conventional norms… but if you actually want to play from there, your back also gets challenged. I know from experience: two weeks ago, you know that I uploaded one of that kind…and it turned out great… but the best part was the gin and tonic with a friend afterward, while I tried to remember how to walk upright 🤣

Rings into Clouds seems like it should be a cliche at this point, but you've made something here that sounds truly fresh and wonderful. It sounds like you're using Clouds in delay mode?
thanks so much. Yeah I know what you mean about the overuse of the 2 modules. I feel that it has a timeless sound to it and the patch points alone means that there are 100's of different ways to patch up Marbles, rings and clouds. I feel like I'm still scratching the surface tbh
