I tried to do this the other day as well... was able to overwhelm vulcans for 2 rounds, but after that, it was countered
it is also highly countered by rhino with whirlwind
@@Darkshadow-zt4dk or even with arcs if they are built early enough. Imagine blue went for balls with crawler spawning on death and factory with balls spawn

I cant believe that blue hasnt picked that +3movement speed and attack speed on crawlers way sooner. Its very rare to see lvl 9 crawlers
Thanks for sharing this video. It was indeed amusing to watch, and felt a bit nostalgic too. Brought back some fond memories of some of my matches in my early days of playing Mechabellum.
Starting stormcallers sucks so much to play against. IMO they should make them a tier 3 unit. Or make flying chaff idk. Just way to easy to counter the stuff that counters storms in the first few rounds.

yes it was staged. the vulcan is a part of the commander academy 2.2 which is still part of the "you must complete to play" lessions
You don't have to finish any lessons to play ranked, at least I didn't when i started two months ago or so

@@eagan_1902 Vulcan had done sh!t if the the crawler player (and i guess he does, BESIDES he did play the Ugr WRONG > +200% dmg belongs with Replica as a duo = Synergy) since we would have just add *Rhino* or *Hacker + Schilds* to CATCH the Vulcan agro from second 1 onto the hacker. > This lets Vulcans PULL UP their fire-stream and Crawler ACTUALY can run ANYWHERE *under it* where ever they want.

I am a absolut Crawler-Main (if you can say smt like that in a game like that) but i prefer to PLAY crawler WITH my other units instead just throwing them into the trashbin like 99% of the players which do NOT understand HOW to play Crawlers.
The "play Air - Play Air" is another illusion, since AIR can not see anything but,.. Crawler,..you just need lil to no Anti Air units which will take them out from the back linies with simple no problems. The Air units are lit. blinded by Crawlers.
Vulcans,...are a illusion of savty vs Crawler.

Also great Synergy. Same with Mustangs + Anti Arty Ugr.,.. massive rush force.
Many options. It is Mecha. There is no 100% and esp. NOT against Crawler on Land ;)
@@eagan_1902 Just so you understand what i mean, Vulcan fire does nothing vs Crawler + Hacker Shild pair. 4x Fangs + 1x Vulcans vs 3x Crawler

Esp. When the other player adds Range Upgr. on Vulcans,... thats PERFECT, this means,..any 1 block before Crawler standing Hacker, will be FOCUSED by Vulcan(s), and with that ..the shilds,...Crawler will have a loooot of time to rush kill all and take out anything before Vulcans, Mustangs, Wasps,...anything with range & anti Crawler has time to take them out. Time is taken so much down, before shild drop,...they are eaten, about to get eaten, or have no moe time to get the situation under controll ;)
>> Meltingpoint will come as counter vs shilds or Arty (most weak unit > can be taken out out directly) and for that, you have options as well ^^

I mean surely maybe he's new and it was just a bit much, but that wasn't even funny at all. Maybe until the 4th round, but afte that...
