my little girl slept through the night at a very young age also we would even take naps together during the day and sleep for to long and she still would sleep the night through. She is almost a year, she still sleeps like 12-14 hours a night it's something to brag about I do all the time especially to my sister in law and sister all their babies would wake up all through the night . When I told them that she sleeps through the night they were like that is so unfair lol. She is just a good baby she makes up for it by having alot of energy during the day though but then like clock work she goes to be at 8 pm on the dot. I really can't tell you my secrets because there was none well besides putting her on a schedule where she eats when she wakes up in the morning them around 12 she hoe fully takes about a 1 to 2 hour nap then at 2 she eats again with bottles in between this schedule has changed though the older she got the earlier she goes to sleep but yeah she has some snacks we play she runs around getting into everything the at 6 she eats we give her a bath at then around 7:30 we give her a bottle before her bed time we check her diaper change then change it with a overnight diaper so she doesn't over flow during the night then we out her on her crib turn on her noise machine that plays white noise, waves crashing, sounds of a heartbeat, and lullabys she prefers lullabys oh and then we turn on her stars l night light tuck her in and she is in sleep land. We did have to teach her how to self sooth a little bit though sometimes. Which in some people's opinion is cruel it's only cruel if you do it to early (I think we started doing it around 6 or 7 months ) or if you let her cry for longer then 15 to 20 minutes. If she is crying for that long normally there's something wrong like when she is teething in can be painful if that's the case I give her a all natural remedy called Mommy's Bliss it is great for teething baby's. Don't ask me why I just told all of you people who actually read this my daughter's while schedule I guess it was just kind of fun for me to do for whatever reason. But it is important to have your baby on a schedule they like repetition it's comforting and keeps them on track so they don't mix up their days and nights. OK sorry I really did just write a novel. I just can't help but brag about my sweet miracle baby I had 2 miscarriages and when I was pregnant the 3rd time I was very scared I would lose her too . But everyday she grew then one day I felt her kick then everyday she would kick I started to feel optimistic my stomach grew bigger in bed being pregnant having these awesome feelings inside of me of life being made it was awesone.
Women who have a healthy diet and exercise prior to being pregnant bounce back to their normal weight fairly easy. Amongst a few of my friends more active ones didn't even show, that they had a baby, in just under 3 months.
Honestly, breastfeeding is great for the mother as well as the baby - if anything you have to be careful not to lose too much weight because it burns so many calories! (Also lowers your chance of getting female cancers later.) I agree, she looks amazing - and she definitely has that glow :)
