The builds shown at 8:02 are incorrect (wrong copy paste) Here are the correct builds for that team (Nilou Nahida Xingqiu Yaoyao) Main DPS Nahida = 4pc Deepwood - EM EM/DENDRO EM - Magic Guide R5 Supports Nilou = Tenacity + Wanderer or Vourukasha - HP HP HP - Iron Sting/Toukabu Shigure Xingqiu = 4pc Emblem - ER HYDRO CRIT or ER EM EM - Sacrificial/Favonius Sword Yaoyao (Bloom focused) = Gilded + Wanderer or 4pc Deepwood - EM EM EM - Dragon's Bane Yaoyao (Heal focused) = Ocean + Maiden - HP HP HEALING - Black Tassel
I actually built this team now (and plan to pull Baizhu on release) and have a few questions: 1. I have Elan instead of Xingqiu with Elegy for the End and 4p Emblem. Which main stats do I need to choose? 2. At what min EM value with buffs would you recommend choosing Dendro in the cup for Nahida? 3. I have C0 Nilou and C0 Nahida and am very close to the garrant on the weapon banner. Do I need to pull one of the signatures or F2P that you provided good enough? 4. If I get Nilou signature it will be okay to give her Deepwood set to debuff enemies within her small aura or is it better for Nahida? 5. If after Baizhu release I set Nilou as a Main-DD then what rotation will she have and how it may be better then Nahida Main-DD In addition I just want to say that Nahida as Main-DD is really vulnerable and gameplay sometimes becomes awkward. I hope Baizhu will fix this soon Thanks in advance for your reply! 😊
@@mihailalekseev80 Hey there, let me try to answer your questions! 1. I think ER sands is still a must, and the other two should be Hydro goblet and Crit circlet. 2. Around 900 EM 3. Nilou's signature weapon is the most effective weapon you can pull, but for Nahida, the difference is not great (compared to Magic Guide in bloom team) 4. No, you can't if you want to use deepwood on other than Nahida, it's Yelan that can use it pretty efficiently.. so Nahida can use Gilded instead! 5. I think it should be like this: Nahida EQ > Yelan EQ > Baizhu EQ > Nilou E spam NA then burst at the end, quickly repeat.. If you use Nahida as the main driver, then the rotation can be smoother with Nilou starting her E (which quickly explodes bounty cores), but you're missing some raw hydro damage from Nilou, since Nahida doesn't deal good normal attack damage. On paper Nilou main driver should be better but I will test this once Baizhu's released to make sure! That's why I'm so excited for Baizhu because there's so much things to try.. Hope this helps!
@@mihailalekseev80 Oh and also Nilou main driver will benefit much from the 4pc new HP artifact, 50% dmg bonus is not bad at all considering she doesn't equip hydro goblet to begin with, so it will be a 1.5x multiplier on her raw damage!
The last run with Ayato in the Domain was a poor representation. It was slow because the giant Wolf didn't have Nahida's trikarma on it. In that last example especially, Ayato swapped out to Yaoyao then back to Ayato and never put Nahida trikarma on it, so of course it's going to generate fewer blooms. When running bloom teams, it's actually pretty important to have Dendro be your aura and then apply hydro on it 2nd. This is for gauge theory reasons because hydro on dendro is the reverse reaction, meaning you use less of your elements allowing for more seeds to generate. This is why Nahida is also incredibly valuable in Bloom teams because she offers 1.5 units of dendro, making it easy for her to overtake any hydro auras and get a dendro aura on the target and not lose said dendro aura. This also was a problem represented in that last Ayato run because Yaoyao applies dendro more slowly than Ayato can apply hydro, though it wasn't a problem exclusive to Ayato's run.
Hey there, thanks for the explanation, I will try to maximize Ayato's performance later and show it in the next video with the addition of Baizhu and Kaveh!
Full em Mona kinda underrated for a team like this, her e with sacrificial book makes it active almost 24/7 in the field and her ult further buffs your team's dmg. Team set up: Mona, Nilou, Nahida, then Baizhu
Hey, I'm glad that this video is helpful for you, also please wait for part 2 where I will showcase more variations with the addition of Baizhu and Kaveh to the Nilou team comps!
It's so weird that I've never tried Nilou as the superbloom driver that's why she's always the first one in my rotation.. I forgot that she has two types of elemental skill.. thank you for this!
With sacrificial sword, you can start the rotation with her E E E E (triggers sac sword), then rotate through 3 supports, then back to Nilou with E Normal attacks, this is pretty fun but it's not really recommended for meta 😁
Nilou, Alhaitham, Xingqiu and Yaoyao has been my new favorite team lately. Can’t wait to see what new team options Baizhu and Kaveh bring to Nilou teams.
Same here, I'm glad Alhaitham turns out to be a great character not only for spread, hyperbloom, but also superbloom! and I have prepared 8 different new combinations when Baizhu and Kaveh released, can't wait to try them out!
@@GenshinDPSCalc I invested into Nilou knowing that her team options will grow over time. I’m sure there’s a whole team at Hoyo dedicated to balancing all new characters and mechanics around her. By far my favorite character.
2 things: 1. Collie > DMC. Collie has faster, more consistent application of Dendro while also being partially mobile. It’s a small difference, but worthy of note if you only want to build 1 of them. 2. 4pc Deepwood doesn’t stack, so having 2 users of it on the same team is a huge waste. Usually, Nahida wears Deepwood while DMC, Yao, Collie wear something like Instructors or Emblem.
this video made building my alhaitham + nilou bloom team than those other youtubers that wont show their other character's build great vid! keep it up!
Thanks for the team comps. I'm thinking of doing yaoyao and al-haitham. But I still gotta build Yaoyao first. I'm thinking of using barbara instead for my healer just to save on resources, but we'll have to see. The main reason why I wanted to get Nilou is to free up Nahida while having 2 viable dendro comps. I don't have Cyno and haven't built up Keqing yet. One step at a time...I'll get there.
Yes the Nilou xingqiu yaoyao alhaitham team won't disappoint! you just need to occasionally use Yaoyao's burst to heal the team. With Baizhu however he would taken care that of with his E skill use.
This I will cover in the part 2 of this video! please wait for that, I will showcase more Nilou team comps to see which one is going to be the best after the addition of Baizhu and Kaveh. I'm wondering that myself now and so excited to try later! Nilou Nahida Baizhu XQ I believe would be very very good not only in terms of damage, but also convenience, because with that team (assuming Nahida or Baizhu is going to be your main driver), they can chase enemies without losing reaction. Right now many Nilou team comps are dependant on either Kokomi's Jellyfish or DMC's flower, but later with Baizhu, they can run around freely and apply hydro dendro anywhere.
Oh, I couldn't even imagine how insane the combination of Alhaitham and Nilou! No worse than with Nahida... Can't wait for Baizhu and Kaveh to come home and your videos about them!
Yeah! me too! and I think this is the first time that a new 5 star unit is released on the second phase, am I right? it's going to feel like an eternity waiting for Baizhu and Kaveh!
@@GenshinDPSCalc a bit late, but actually there are some: Eula in 1.5, Kazuha in 1.6, Itto in 2.3 not counting cases where 2 new 5 stars were introduced in a version
This suddenly makes so much sense. I got both nilou and Nahida the first half of 3.6 and the Baizhu and Kaveh in the second half. As run around all the time, the Nilou-Nahida-Baizhu combo is BRUTAL. I play them with xingqiu or yelan and now with Neuvillete. It’s been the team that change my account ❤ My second Nilou team is with Nahida, Kokomi and Kaveh. I use that team when i miss Kaveh, one of my favorite characters. But even if it works very well, it does not compare to the Baizhu one
nice comparison but one thing is wrong. team 5 at 6:59 nahida doesn't have to be main dps. If the xingqiu is on a well balanced EM set he can sit on field and procc too
great video! there area few more ways you can maximise the bloom damage though! for the Nahida, Kokomi, Nilou, Traveler team, i have a few suggestions : ) you don’t need both dendro characters to be on deepwood 4pc, only one! so this allows you to put traveller on 4 piece instructors which will buff teams EM! then also, since kokomi is the driver, you will want her on a 4 piece flower of paradise lost with full EM and sacrificial fragments! the best rotation from my experience is: nilou E ring>Traveller E> Traveller ult> nahida hold E> nahida ult> kokomi e> kokomi ult and apply hydro!! typically i get 35-38k blooms from this team and rotation! works wonders :-) my nilou has 60k hp, kokomi has 1000EM + 4pc fopl, nahida has 1000em + deepwood 4 piece (160ER) and dendro mc has a 4pc instructors with fav sword and crit circlet!
Maximazing damage is cool but not if your team dies i tried doing this and oh boy the damage on enemies really hit hard and so is my teams hp almost dying so what i did is i put my kokomi on 4pc clam set and prototype, so even if she is the sole healer on the team she would not die due to bloom self inflict damage. I dont recommend using EM kokomi unless you have a second healer on the team like yaoyao because having kokomi on EM build makes her squishy she wont be able to tank every bloom damage on her own so yaoyao is very recommended for this type of build. Im saying this because ive already tried doing it.
Tbh 4pc instructor is only good on paper by the time nahida uses TRI karma and kokomi go onfield DMC will not be able to overpower nahida dendro app and Kokomi as well making 4pc instructor not good in the long run. Your rotation is nice cause your are using 4pc instructor but by the time kokomi uses E and go onfield instructor effect will run out in a few sec.
Nilou's weapon is the best weapon if you can afford pulling the weapon banner. I did not recommend it on the video because I mainly recommend F2P options, I'm sorry for the confusion!
I have a little question: I’m going to pull for nahida and already have Nilou. My team is going to be: Nilou Nahida(onfield) Xingqiu Yaoyao And now I’m wondering, should I build Xingqiu full EM because he is triggering blooms or nahida full EM because she is the driver? I’m thankful for any answer
@@NameName7773 Not neccessarily. EM of the one who triggers the Bloom matters which could be your driver, but could be your off-fielder as well; it will depend on your team, how many enemies you're fighting, how are they positioned and more - which is why it's generally hard to predict who will trigger Blooms in Nilou teams.
Hello, the builds for the nilou nahida yaoyao in 8:02 is the same as the one used nahida kokomi nilou. Can it be rectified ? Thank you. I really enjoyed the video, great content.
OMG thank you so much for noticing me this, I copy and pasted the wrong build there. Here are the correct builds: NAHIDA NILOU TEAM F2P BUILDS Main DPS Nahida = 4pc Deepwood - EM EM/DENDRO EM - Magic Guide R5 Supports Nilou = Tenacity + Wanderer or Vourukasha - HP HP HP - Iron Sting/Toukabu Shigure Xingqiu = 4pc Emblem - ER HYDRO CRIT or ER EM EM - Sacrificial/Favonius Sword Yaoyao (Bloom focused) = Gilded + Wanderer or 4pc Deepwood - EM EM EM - Dragon's Bane Yaoyao (Heal focused) = Ocean + Maiden - HP HP HEALING - Black Tassel
Do xingqiu or the other dendro units (other than alhaitham) need crit stats in a bloom team? Idk if I should be happy when my artifacts roll into crits lmao
Crits on Xingqiu helps a bit, his damage contribution to a bloom team is probably around 10%-20% because he uses ER sands and ER weapon for consistency. For Nahida it helps more because Nahida's skill deals decent damage on all enemies marked. So yes if you can roll into crits especially on Nahida's deepwood set, it's a great DPS boost! Either crits or EM are good for Nilou bloom team!
Yeah sure! I will remake the video when Baizhu + Kaveh released! Kaveh on field + xingqiu nilou baizhu is going to be great and have Nahida on the other team. But I also think that Nilou (on field) + xingqiu baizhu nahida is going to be even better.. The vs is actually about: Kaveh's 49% bloom dmg bonus VS Nahida's off field dmg + Nilou's raw dmg 🤔 At a glance it seems like the nilou (main dps) + nahida baizhu xingqiu is going to be the best one, but you don't have Nahida for the other side.
@@egoist817 Nilou on field (new HP artifact 4pc) should be with: Nahida deepwood full EM Baizhu ocean ER HP HP Xingqiu emblem ER EM EM I believe this would be so good!
Hey i got a question!who is the best team to use:(pls answer me) 1-nilou nahida yelan/xinqui kokomi 2-nilou nahida kokomi yaoyao Pls answer asap! Btw great video
thanks for this i was already doing well enough, but i didn't have enough time to test other possibilities too thoroughly due to limited resources (especially comps that involve yaoyao), but i now have more thorough understanding looking forward to a future video involving both baizhu and kaveh
I wanted to combo it with Yaoyao's burst to both heal the party and produce dendro cores in the 6s down time.. I'm not sure if it's the best way to play Ayato in Nilou superbloom team or not, but I feel that Ayato's kit is not that compatible in this kind of team...
In Nilou team comps, everyone will randomly trigger, it's hard to control, so you should have some EM for all members, I'd recommend around 300-500. If you have Nahida, she should have at least 800-900 to optimize her buff. For the main driver, if you have Kokomi, you should use Kokomi as the main driver, it's the most efficient one. Same with Barbara, you should use Barbara as the main driver. If you use dendro character as the driver (Alhaitham or Nahida), you should bring Xingqiu or Yelan as the off field hydro applicator. Both works the same.
I´ve been searching for the 3 star sword named "Travelers handy Sword" as it´s passive heals the wielder each time an energy particle it´s picked, would it be worth on Nilou? I once saw that with that weapon she can´t die, Also, the recurve bow on yelan, or the catalyst "Otherworldly Story" for Baizhu as it provides ER and heals him each time he picks any orb? any of that series of 3 star is worth for Bloom? (Even if I burned them, that´s why i´ve been looking each chest with caution) Nice Video loved it all! ✌
Hello there, thanks and I'm glad you love the video! The traveler's handy sword at R5 only heals 2% each particle, or around 1k HP each on an F2P Nilou, so I don't think that would be enough and that would cost the team DPS. The recurve bow is pretty decent on Yelan but she normally wouldn't defeat enemy on field, so it wouldn't trigger the passive that often... And the Otherworldy Story is not needed for Baizhu because healing is not a problem for him, if you need ER catalyst you can use the Sumeru craft catalyst "Fruit of Fulfillment" which boost EM too! I hope that helps!
@@GenshinDPSCalc thanks a lot!, I had been dealing with the curiosity from some months, but I burned them (that was even making me feel guilty) and I even called it my worst mistake on my AR 60 account Have a great day!
Just returned to genshin and pulled her. Thanks for the guide but I have a question…how do you know if you should go for traditional build or Em build for Xinqui and Yaoyao respectively?
If you already have godly emblem artifact set for Xingqiu, you can use it instead because his personal damage can outweigh the bloom damage he contributes through his EM.. But if you don't have such artifacts, you can just put ER EM EM to Xingqiu instead!
Don t have yao yoa niether kokomi .. and i need a healer .. ( the only ootion i can think of is barbara :3) ? What do u think and how i should build/ rotation ? Thank u
Barbara is an Option but honestly lackluster. You could and or should go for Baizhu. He provides Healing + Shield. Nilou, Nahida, Baizhu and or Barbara / Xingqiu / Yelan could work nicely
You can use Nilou Nahida DMC and Barbara as your main driver, just like I've shown in this video using Kokomi. The clear time should be slower of course because Kokomi's burst has more damage than Barbara's normal attack. But it should be decent enough. And as Patrick mentioned, you should pull for Baizhu too!
question: *Why does Yaoyao have EM-EM-EM?* will this not sacrifice her healing? And will she even be the trigger of Bountiful Bloom (because she’s Dendro)? or is it Hydro that triggers Bountiful Bloom?
Once Baizhu releases, could you test him as a main DPS/driver in Nilou + Nahida + Xingqiu/Yelan + Baizhu comp, and compare his performance with Nilou and Nahida as alternatives for main DPS/driver, please?
Noted, thank you so much for your request! I will try 3 different main DPS for that (Baizhu vs Nahida vs Nilou) and we'll find out which one is the best!
🌸🌹I am sincerely shocked and at a loss for wordage to be expelled from the fingertips! Your initial team is nearly identical that which I utilize (minus Xingqiu)! Only I utilize Kokomi🌹🌸
Ah I'm sorry I can't answer that, because I don't have Candace yet, even C0.. But I see there is Nahida in the team, it should be powerful enough because Nahida's E alone already provides a ton of damage off field, and Candace at C6 I believe (dps wise) is as good as Xingqiu, if used correctly.
Baizhu and Xingqiu/Yelan. This is because you need hydro applicator like Xingqiu/Yelan and thus can't bring Kokomi (not enough hydro app), so the healer must be a dendro which leads to Baizhu.. you can use Yaoyao if you don't plan on pulling Baizhu.. but I think you should pull for Baizhu anyway and get Kaveh constellations!
@@GenshinDPSCalc i’m also planning to use Nilou + Kaveh + Yao Yao + Yelan team, how are you supposed to build them? Nilou with HP, Yelan and Kaveh with EM and Yao Yao with HP + EM?
Hi! I'm trash! I was curious if for Koko/Nilou/nahida/Devil May Cry comp if having both dendro units using deep wood stacks on 4pc? Or how much worse would it be to have Nahida on Guilded and DMC on Deepwood?
For both using deepwood, It's insignificant to notice any difference, probably just 1k DPS loss.. because DMC's own DPS is only around 3-4k, and with him/her must use ER EM EM, it's even worse than that. But if you're using Gilded on Nahida, there may be a noticeable difference on single target enemy, but on multi target scenario it's going to be bad, since DMC's dendro application range and target is limited.
Hey there, I didn't include it in the video because it's weaker than the first team I showcased (with Xingqiu and Yaoyao instead of Barbara and Collei). Both are basic teams but the one you mentioned is the older version (before Yaoyao came), so unless you don't have Yaoyao you should use Xingqiu and Yaoyao instead, for more damage!
Hi, dear. Great video as always. What do u think about super dendro team like Alhaitham as a main dps + raiden c0 + nahida w full mc = 1k + baizhu w full hp = 50k ?
Hi, thanks! Baizhu and Nahida will buff Alhaitham's EM and spread reaction damage, so it will be very powerful and super easy to use. If you use Thrilling Tales on Baizhu and you use him just before Alhaitham, then he can receive 48% ATK buff which makes Alhaitham even more powerful.. Can also use Yae Miko instead of Raiden though, both are very good!
I have Nilou and am currently considering either pulling for Kokomi coming out in 3.8 or for Nahida (idk when she will be out). i'm also interested in focalors during Fontaine release but we don't know much about her kit yet.... do you think i should still pull for Kokomi and wait for nahida whenever she comes out? or is kokomi skippable?? (ideally i want to pull for both but i am f2p and def want focalors too) Thanks in advance!
Can't because current hydro applicators (Xingqiu and Yelan) require normal attack trigger, so Tighnari is not suitable for current Nilou team. You can try with Ayato's burst but that doesn't deal enough damage, so it's not optimal for now...
Thanks for this video ^^ it was amazing ! If i use Kaveh instead of yaoyao, do you think the composition will still work? ( nilou , xingqiu , nahida and kaveh , kaveh as main dps )
On paper it should work, especially if you have him at C1, which increases his healing by 25%, in my Kaveh video, if I remember correctly, he can self heal every bloom damage by 3k HP, so with C1 it will become 3.75k. And for the bloom damage to reach that self damage needs to be 75k. So in theory, Kaveh should still gain a HP surplus every time he is hit with the dendro cores. But the real problem is the damage that comes from the enemies, like the Cryo Lawachurls in floor 12-3 for example. So in worst case scenario, you should replace Nahida with Baizhu instead...
I’m planning to pull for Nilou on her next rerun, I really hope I get her, I also prepared a team for her that I’m happy made it into the video (it’s the Nilou, Nahida, Xingqiu, Yaoyao one). I’m planning to use Nahida as the main driver so Xingqiu has very less EM, and Yaoyao is built purely as healer, and the build I prepared for Nilou is purely HP, so Nahida is the only one with good EM, but again, she is the on field driver, she has 1,010 (with dendro res) elemental mastery tho. Is that okay, or should I stack more EM on my other characters?
If you get Baizhu, and with your current Nilou and Nahida, you can replace Barbara with Xingqiu instead. You can use Nilou/Nahida/Baizhu as the main DPS!
Hey great video. In case this is helpful another domain on that lone island above the wolf lord island in Inazuma is great for multiple waves of wolves for AoE. I use it for testing a lot.
Oh thank you for the info, yeah multi wave scenario is also a huge problem with Nahida, which I believe Baizhu can cover some of that, so that domain you mentioned should be more accurate for team testing!
Yes it is the same, but you can also use the 4 star Instructor artifact set, it will buff 120 EM to all characters when your Barbara triggers reaction. You can adjust between HP EM and Healing and find the perfect balance, so you need just enough healing and use EM for more reaction damage...
Barbara can be a substitute to Kokomi, but with just less personal damage, that's all. (Kokomi's burst and her clam set deal some degree of damage compared to Barbara)
i have a question : which artifacts will give better damage of bountiful cores for off field nilou bloom team with iron sting : 2pc hp + 2pc hp or 2pc hp + 2pc em or 4pc flower of paradise lost ?
4pc paradise lost should be the best option, so the breakdown is like this: Assuming Nilou has 300 base EM with only 2pc HP, then the bloom damage would be 21351 (this is with 270% nilou bloom buff, using Iron sting) Now if you put the second set with another HP (new artifact set), the bloom damage would become 22347 If you use 80 EM instead, the bloom damage would become 23076 instead of 22347 Now if you farm 4pc paradise lost, the initial bloom damage would be 22827, then overtime it will become 24302 after she triggers some bloom The increase is around 2.1% on average using 4 pc paradise, but the problem is that farming in that domain is not as beneficial as farming the gilded domain, where you can get the deepwood too.. so I wouldn't recommend farming for the 4pc paradise, but if you have Wanderer then it's should be alright!
With Nahida as on-field driver and Kokomi as off field healer, that team kinda misses a lot of off field DPS opportunity, so.. Nilou and Kokomi are idling in the background, while Nahida dealing on field NA damage which is not a lot, so the only damage dealer besides the dendro cores are Nahida + Xingqiu/Yelan. With Yaoyao, you can have 1 main DPS (Nilou or Alhaitham) and 2 off field DPS (Xingqiu/Yelan + Nahida), so yeah with Yaoyao, your Nilou team can deal better damage. Also, I'm interested in trying Baizhu with triple hydro (Nilou Xingqiu Yelan) later but still not sure if his dendro app is going to be enough or not.
@@GenshinDPSCalc my problem is that i did not get yaoyao when she was in the lantern rite event, nor I have al haitham to use him as a main dps so I thought that was my best option
@@emilianoj.3983 Oh then I would recommend Kokomi (main DPS) + Nilou + Nahida + DMC, just like my current team, as shown at 5:13. This team can clear the boss second fastest at 20.7s and also multi target scenario with 19.8s (also second fastest). This team also very safe because Kokomi's burst keep healing the entire party. ER is the most important thing for her, so the free Sumeru craft weapon Fruit of Fulfillment is her best weapon for this team!
@@emilianoj.3983 Also make sure to follow my rotation there, because different rotation yield different result. The key is to keep Kokomi's jellyfish refreshed when she burst. So you must do the 3 supports fast before the jellyfish is gone.
have you ever considered using ayato by starting off the rotation with his burst and then cycling supports, ya know, like how he's supposed to be played if his a4 passive is to be considered also not once did i ever see a 4 piece instructor set, which gives the high wanting em driver a free 120 em boost
Yeah you can use deepwood on Alhaitham but in the video I put the deepwood on both Xingqiu and Yaoyao, so I can let Alhaitham gets the best artifact for him which is the Gilded set. For single target scenario where it really matters for Nilou team, the deepwood on Xingqiu is already enough to cover the target..
If you have Yaoyao, you can replace Kokomi with Yaoyao for dendro resonance and more dendro application, that way the team produces mode dendro cores and more damage!
@@GenshinDPSCalc other than getting dendro res bonus is ther any other advantage in bringing yaoyao to this comp because making nahida onfield helps to generate more more dendro cores
Hi, I'd like to consider your opinion on this team comp before Nilou's banner ends: Alhaitham/Kaveh, Nilou, Xingqiu/Yelan, Baizhu. What are your thoughts on pulling for Nilou with this team in mind?
With Nilou, Nahida, XQ, and Baizhu, what would be the roation to make Nilou the main dps? (I prefer seeing her on field more than the little cabbage haha)
Kokomi or Barbara, but you have to make them your main driver with Collei and/or Dendro MC as the off field dendro applicator. But pulling for Baizhu later will unlock more team variation you can choose.
Hey there, I have heard that as well, and it's a pity I didn't include them in this video, I completely forgot about that. So after testing just now, with Nilou Nahida DMC + Barbara (main DPS), they can clear the single target boss in just 23.4s, or neck and neck with Nilou Nahida Xingqiu Yaoyao (23.1s) But in a multi target scenario, Barbara performs poorly due to she must be very close to the enemies, so she ends up running around and waste time. So yeah, to answer your question, Barbara is pretty good vs single boss scenario!
Amazing video as always. I skipped Nilou for Nahida last time, but i'm really hoping to get her this time. But if i get her... the chances to get Baizhu will be close to zero. May the Archons bless us all this patch. I just want to mention that Ayato would probably have done a better job if you had his burst ready and used it in the beginning of the rotation. Maybe just one second better... but hey... we gotta use what we have in a gacha game.
Thank you so much for your support! If you really like Nilou playstyle, there is a chance (although this is only my personal prediction), that Focalor the hydro archon may be a healer that can apply hydro like Xingqiu, this means, Baizhu will be replaced by her and you bring Nahida and Alhaitham instead (for more damage). So, if my prediction is true, then the next Nilou meta would be: Nilou + Focalor (healer/hydro applicator) + Nahida (buffer) + Alhaitham (dmg dealer + main dendro applicator) That means missing Baizhu won't be too bad for you! But for now, you can always use Yaoyao with Nahida Nilou and Xingqiu if you can't get Baizhu. And for the Ayato.. I was thinking that I could use his burst for combo with Yaoyao's burst, filling the 6s gap to still produce dendro cores in the downtime.. But yeah I'm not sure if it was the best Ayato Nilou showcase, but I still think that he's not suited for Nilou superbloom.. Thanks so much for your input!

@@amorimjt Thank you so much, I hope (and I think we all hope) that it's going to be the reality.. and better yet, if Focalor can apply hydro without needing to be triggered (like Xingqiu or Yelan), that means Dehya could be good in a burgeon team with her as well!
@@GenshinDPSCalc if she has a good AOE hydro application without needing a trigger she would really deserve the title of Archon. Yes, you can also use Baizhu Nahida Nilou + Kokomi driver for another double healer, but the difference is now Kokomi receives Baizhu's buff and the team is very mobile (doesn't have to be near Yaoyao's rabbit)
I'm intending to use Barbara instead of Kokomi in the DPS Kokomi team comp. I wander whether the Ocean Hued Clam is neccessary or Intructor is just enough?
actually nilou nahida xingqiu yao yao is what im trying to do not knowing it will be the fastest one to clear since yaoyao is my fave char but yeah i think i can replace him with baizhu cuz baizhu's 2nd ascension passive is also be helpful on this team + the healing and not being a stationary team
Yeah, it will be very convenient after we get Baizhu replacing Yaoyao and the team become mobile, the only downside of Baizhu instead of Yaoyao is... being a 5 star unit he has that long burst animation which could lead to a slower clear time, I'm not sure, will have to wait and try it ourself..
@@GenshinDPSCalc if its clearing 16 sec same with yao yao i think the long ass burst animation wouldnt be bad it all depends on the performance i just hope his dendro application is fast enough to catch up on xingqiu's hydro app
Hello, does alhaitham-xingqiu-kokomi-nilou works? I dont have both nahida and nilou but im planning on pulling for nilou because i like her (despite nahida being a better pick)
With Alhaitham and 3 hydro it wouldn't be optimal, in fact I have tried them just now, clearing the boss in around 24s. This is because you have less EM for not having the dendro resonance from Yaoyao, and also less dendro application. It still works but just a little bit slower. I'm assuming you don't have Yaoyao? if you have, then you can use Yaoyao instead!
@@GenshinDPSCalc Ooh, thank you!!, i was inactive during yaoyaos release and i dont have her. Does dendro MC works? (replacing xingqiu), i only have collei, dendro MC and tighnari as my dendro units.
@@kyarim No, Dendro MC wouldn't work replacing Xingqiu, because then you don't need enough hydro application, so the best option for you at the moment is the initial team you mentioned: Nilou Xingqiu Kokomi Alhaitham! it's a pretty decent team!
For Ayato I think it's because his E duration is too short and you must wait for another 6 seconds to start another E session, that makes him slow in this team, longer hydro/dendro main DPS/applicator should perform better in a Nilou superbloom team. And for Childe, I don't have him yet so I cannot compare, but since he can apply hydro long enough, I believe he should be fine as a main DPS/hydro applicator with Yaoyao/Baizhu as the healer, so probably Nilou + Nahida + Baizhu/Yaoyao + Childe (main DPS) should be great!
Hey there, sorry for the late reply! Alhaitham and Nahida in the same team meaning you'll have to run Kokomi as the off field healer and hydro applicator, which is not optimal (hydro application ticks too slow together with Nilou's aura) So my general rule is that if you run a dendro driver, you'll need Xingqiu or Yelan to balance the hydro application off field, and since they don't heal, you need a dendro healer, which is currently Yaoyao and later can be Baizhu. Please wait for part 2 of this video with more combination with Baizhu and Kaveh!
Yes you can do that, with Nahida as the driver, or Barbara as the driver. But I'd recommend bringing 2 dendro and 2 hydro for the extra dendro resonance to the team. I really recommend you to pull for Baizhu if you enjoy playing Nilou team, since you don't have Kokomi or Yaoyao. The team would be: Nahida + Baizhu + Nilou + Xingqiu/Yelan Either Nahida or Baizhu can be your main driver.
How bad is the idea of replacing Xingqui (which I don't have yet) with the only other hydro available Mona? @GanshinDPSCalc Or even Barbara. How drastically would I lose? Thank you.
I literally wanna skip baizhu since I just got nilou and I'm not guaranteed. But when you mentioned he was a healer (yeah i just realised that too) it makes me want to pull him. So i can put kokomi to other team when doing abyss.
If you're still unsure, please wait for the part 2 of this video, I will showcase more Nilou team comps with Baizhu and Kaveh, please stay tuned! My early recommendation is go for it, he's a dendro healer that enables you to form a lot more dendro team variations.
The builds shown at 8:02 are incorrect (wrong copy paste)
Here are the correct builds for that team (Nilou Nahida Xingqiu Yaoyao)
Main DPS
Nahida = 4pc Deepwood - EM EM/DENDRO EM - Magic Guide R5
Supports
Nilou = Tenacity + Wanderer or Vourukasha - HP HP HP - Iron Sting/Toukabu Shigure
Xingqiu = 4pc Emblem - ER HYDRO CRIT or ER EM EM - Sacrificial/Favonius Sword
Yaoyao (Bloom focused) = Gilded + Wanderer or 4pc Deepwood - EM EM EM - Dragon's Bane
Yaoyao (Heal focused) = Ocean + Maiden - HP HP HEALING - Black Tassel
Nice
I actually built this team now (and plan to pull Baizhu on release) and have a few questions:
5. If after Baizhu release I set Nilou as a Main-DD then what rotation will she have and how it may be better then Nahida Main-DD
In addition I just want to say that Nahida as Main-DD is really vulnerable and gameplay sometimes becomes awkward. I hope Baizhu will fix this soon
Thanks in advance for your reply! 😊
@@mihailalekseev80 Hey there, let me try to answer your questions!
1. I think ER sands is still a must, and the other two should be Hydro goblet and Crit circlet.
2. Around 900 EM
3. Nilou's signature weapon is the most effective weapon you can pull, but for Nahida, the difference is not great (compared to Magic Guide in bloom team)
@@GenshinDPSCalc how would your rotation look with Nahida C6? She could nuke with her first few normal attacks right?
Love how u talk about each team in details shows how the rotation is done
Thanks, I'm glad you love it!
Yep, agreed!!
Try with em ayato
Yeah that rotation was painful to watch. Should be Nahida Hold E > Ayato Q > Nilou Setup >
Yaoyao E > Ayato E + Normal Attacks > Nilou Q.
do you think ayato should be full EM build?
Full em Mona kinda underrated for a team like this, her e with sacrificial book makes it active almost 24/7 in the field and her ult further buffs your team's dmg. Team set up: Mona, Nilou, Nahida, then Baizhu
Try EM mona using 2PC flower + 2 PC gilded for an extra 160 EM
Then use wandering evenstar and she is a menace
This video is pure gold, I was searching for many Nilou comps in 1 video to see the dmg. This helps me a lot, thanks!

@@GenshinDPSCalc I will, I already suscribed bc I want Baizhu and I want to know what he can do in Nilou's teams. I will be waiting for that video!
By far my favorite character.
nilou haitam yao yao build ?
2 things:
Perfect

@@GenshinDPSCalc that's precisely why I wanna get both Baizhu and Nilou. Hopefully RNG will bless me.

It’s been the team that change my account ❤
My second Nilou team is with Nahida, Kokomi and Kaveh. I use that team when i miss Kaveh, one of my favorite characters. But even if it works very well, it does not compare to the Baizhu one
nice comparison but one thing is wrong.
team 5 at 6:59 nahida doesn't have to be main dps. If the xingqiu is on a well balanced EM set he can sit on field and procc too
great video! there area few more ways you can maximise the bloom damage though! for the Nahida, Kokomi, Nilou, Traveler team, i have a few suggestions : )
you don’t need both dendro characters to be on deepwood 4pc, only one! so this allows you to put traveller on 4 piece instructors which will buff teams EM! then also, since kokomi is the driver, you will want her on a 4 piece flower of paradise lost with full EM and sacrificial fragments!
the best rotation from my experience is: nilou E ring>Traveller E> Traveller ult> nahida hold E> nahida ult> kokomi e> kokomi ult and apply hydro!!
typically i get 35-38k blooms from this team and rotation! works wonders :-)
my nilou has 60k hp, kokomi has 1000EM + 4pc fopl, nahida has 1000em + deepwood 4 piece (160ER) and dendro mc has a 4pc instructors with fav sword and crit circlet!
Thanks for this again man!
No problem! thank you so much for watching!
Hello i have Nilou's weapon but i see you dont recommend on any of these team comps , is it that bad ? :(

I’m going to pull for nahida and already have Nilou. My team is going to be:
Nilou
Nahida(onfield)
Xingqiu
Yaoyao

I’m thankful for any answer
pls reply to this. I'm curious too
Same, im doing the same time as you
From that what I know, only the driver's em counts. So it isn't important for xq to have em

Kaveh on field + xingqiu nilou baizhu is going to be great and have Nahida on the other team.
But I also think that Nilou (on field) + xingqiu baizhu nahida is going to be even better..
The vs is actually about: Kaveh's 49% bloom dmg bonus VS Nahida's off field dmg + Nilou's raw dmg 🤔

Thank you too for watching, glad the video helped!
For the ayato team, why did you use his burst so late?
I wanted to combo it with Yaoyao's burst to both heal the party and produce dendro cores in the 6s down time.. I'm not sure if it's the best way to play Ayato in Nilou superbloom team or not, but I feel that Ayato's kit is not that compatible in this kind of team...
question - who should be on field? like, should the character on field have more em? who should be triggering the blooms?
I once saw that with that weapon she can´t die,
Also, the recurve bow on yelan, or the catalyst "Otherworldly Story" for Baizhu as it provides ER and heals him each time he picks any orb?
any of that series of 3 star is worth for Bloom?
(Even if I burned them, that´s why i´ve been looking each chest with caution)
Nice Video loved it all!
@@GenshinDPSCalc thanks a lot!,

Just returned to genshin and pulled her. Thanks for the guide but I have a question…how do you know if you should go for traditional build or Em build for Xinqui and Yaoyao respectively?
If you already have godly emblem artifact set for Xingqiu, you can use it instead because his personal damage can outweigh the bloom damage he contributes through his EM..
But if you don't have such artifacts, you can just put ER EM EM to Xingqiu instead!
For Yaoyao, you can adjust it based on your team needs, if your team dies often, then you need to build towards HP and Healing instead of EM
@@GenshinDPSCalc very helpful thank you!

Ah I'm sorry I can't answer that, because I don't have Candace yet, even C0..

I want to slot in Kaveh so bad in the Nilou team. What would be the best other 2?
Baizhu and Xingqiu/Yelan. This is because you need hydro applicator like Xingqiu/Yelan and thus can't bring Kokomi (not enough hydro app), so the healer must be a dendro which leads to Baizhu.. you can use Yaoyao if you don't plan on pulling Baizhu.. but I think you should pull for Baizhu anyway and get Kaveh constellations!

Hi!

Actually Ayato is great on Nilou bloom team, you didn’t use his burst first and your build in this team should be a normal dps build
Also, that last wolf didn't have Nahida trikarma on it.

Can't because current hydro applicators (Xingqiu and Yelan) require normal attack trigger, so Tighnari is not suitable for current Nilou team. You can try with Ayato's burst but that doesn't deal enough damage, so it's not optimal for now...
Do you mind testing Nilou only teams but swapping around DMC, Candace, Barbara, Collei, Barbara?
@@GenshinDPSCalc Got it , thanks for the explanations , it helped a lot , too bad I didn't like baizhu very much :(
hi, i have nilou and nahida and i was thinking for pulling baizhu and alheithem will be coming in next patch how is this team for superbloom?
If I manage to get Baizhu, I'm try out Nilou/Barbara/Nahida/Baizhu to see if he's the best flex slot for that team.
If you get Baizhu, and with your current Nilou and Nahida, you can replace Barbara with Xingqiu instead. You can use Nilou/Nahida/Baizhu as the main DPS!
@@GenshinDPSCalc I'd never replace Barbara. The reason I pulled Nilou in the first place was for a new way to play DPS Barbara 😅
@@epicdarkraifournineone8006 That's cool!
@@GenshinDPSCalc no problem! Glad I could help
What about Barbara as a driver is it the same as the kokomi build?
Yes it is the same, but you can also use the 4 star Instructor artifact set, it will buff 120 EM to all characters when your Barbara triggers reaction. You can adjust between HP EM and Healing and find the perfect balance, so you need just enough healing and use EM for more reaction damage...
How about barbara and nilou as hydro? Is it good?
Barbara can be a substitute to Kokomi, but with just less personal damage, that's all. (Kokomi's burst and her clam set deal some degree of damage compared to Barbara)
Yeah the one with Baizhu is my Dream team :)
Me too, can't wait for that!
i have a question : which artifacts will give better damage of bountiful cores for off field nilou bloom team with iron sting : 2pc hp + 2pc hp or 2pc hp + 2pc em or 4pc flower of paradise lost ?
4pc paradise lost should be the best option, so the breakdown is like this:
Assuming Nilou has 300 base EM with only 2pc HP, then the bloom damage would be 21351 (this is with 270% nilou bloom buff, using Iron sting)
Now if you put the second set with another HP (new artifact set), the bloom damage would become 22347
If you use 80 EM instead, the bloom damage would become 23076 instead of 22347
Now if you farm 4pc paradise lost, the initial bloom damage would be 22827, then overtime it will become 24302 after she triggers some bloom
The increase is around 2.1% on average using 4 pc paradise, but the problem is that farming in that domain is not as beneficial as farming the gilded domain, where you can get the deepwood too.. so I wouldn't recommend farming for the 4pc paradise, but if you have Wanderer then it's should be alright!
@@GenshinDPSCalc thanks for the detailed reply man , appreciate it !
Is the triple hydro (Nilou, Yelan/Xinqiu/Kokomi) comp with nahida a good option or has fallen behind due to the realease of yaoyao?
@@GenshinDPSCalc thanks! Hope I dont loose my 50/50
should i give her umbrella or iron sting idk what to give i have kazu aswell
Umbrella is fine for Nilou, she doesn't really deal personal damage mostly...
@@GenshinDPSCalc i also got kuki should i build a new iron sting for her or give her umbrella and iron sting for nilou?
I have a question i need a healer for my dendro comp. But i was thinking what is the difference between kokomi and barbara?
have you ever considered using ayato by starting off the rotation with his burst and then cycling supports, ya know, like how he's supposed to be played if his a4 passive is to be considered
also not once did i ever see a 4 piece instructor set, which gives the high wanting em driver a free 120 em boost
Can i ask what are the constellations of you Nahida,Nilou and Xingiu?
When i can use sumeru sword? (from blacksmith)
shouldn’t alhaitham run DW with Yao Yao in Nilou bloom? her app isn’t as consistent
What if I use yelan kokomi nilou and nahida
Nahida being the driver isn't it much better
If you have Yaoyao, you can replace Kokomi with Yaoyao for dendro resonance and more dendro application, that way the team produces mode dendro cores and more damage!
@@GenshinDPSCalc other than getting dendro res bonus is ther any other advantage in bringing yaoyao to this comp because making nahida onfield helps to generate more more dendro cores
@@sarunsanil3397 They generate more cores though with 2 dendro applicators and xinqiu + nilou, that's what I felt when trying them both..
Hi, I'd like to consider your opinion on this team comp before Nilou's banner ends:
Alhaitham/Kaveh, Nilou, Xingqiu/Yelan, Baizhu.
What are your thoughts on pulling for Nilou with this team in mind?
Is this team good? I am planning to pool baizbu thats why😊
With Nilou, Nahida, XQ, and Baizhu, what would be the roation to make Nilou the main dps? (I prefer seeing her on field more than the little cabbage haha)
If I don’t have yao yao, whos a good replacement?
Kokomi or Barbara, but you have to make them your main driver with Collei and/or Dendro MC as the off field dendro applicator.
But pulling for Baizhu later will unlock more team variation you can choose.
What about Babala ? I've heard her circle has no ICD, so she could proc a lot of blooms vs Solo enemy scenario, could you say for sure ?
Hey there, I have heard that as well, and it's a pity I didn't include them in this video, I completely forgot about that.
So after testing just now, with Nilou Nahida DMC + Barbara (main DPS), they can clear the single target boss in just 23.4s, or neck and neck with Nilou Nahida Xingqiu Yaoyao (23.1s)
But in a multi target scenario, Barbara performs poorly due to she must be very close to the enemies, so she ends up running around and waste time.
So, if my prediction is true, then the next Nilou meta would be: Nilou + Focalor (healer/hydro applicator) + Nahida (buffer) + Alhaitham (dmg dealer + main dendro applicator)
That means missing Baizhu won't be too bad for you!
@@GenshinDPSCalc thank YOU the hard work and dedication to bring such good content for the game and helping the community with the hard decision on where to use the hard earned primogems. Thanks for takin the time to reply to my comment so thoughtfully. I truly appreciate it. Now… i hope Celestia can hear you and Focalor is like that.
I believe Hoyo will make each archon one archetype… that means that if Focalor is not a healer because her power budget went for crazy hydro enabler… Tsaritsa, as the God of Love, can take the crown as the best healer in the game… as well as the only Cryo Catalyst they will ever release… mark my words.
nice video
i've a skill issue, so i need 2 healer for nilou's superbloom team XD
yao yao for pure healer, and kokomi for bloom driver
Yes, you can also use Baizhu Nahida Nilou + Kokomi driver for another double healer, but the difference is now Kokomi receives Baizhu's buff and the team is very mobile (doesn't have to be near Yaoyao's rabbit)
i need help because i cant find a good way to rotate my characters :( (Ayato, Nahida, Yaoyao, and Nilou) please helpp!
I'm intending to use Barbara instead of Kokomi in the DPS Kokomi team comp. I wander whether the Ocean Hued Clam is neccessary or Intructor is just enough?
Yes Barbara is better using Instructor!
actually nilou nahida xingqiu yao yao is what im trying to do not knowing it will be the fastest one to clear since yaoyao is my fave char but yeah i think i can replace him with baizhu cuz baizhu's 2nd ascension passive is also be helpful on this team + the healing and not being a stationary team
Hi , im using Nahida c6 , nilou c6 , baizhu c6 and xingqiu c2
Can you help me with the gameplay combo
Would it be better to replace xinque with childe?
Should I pull nahida or baizhu? I have nilou and kokomi for 5 stars and use them with my c6 collei and dendro mc
Nahida easily
If you already have Kokomi, you should pull for Nahida first, then Baizhu at his rerun later!
what about triple hydro teams with nahida? heard about them somewhere but no one ever explained it
Are they good?
Foxfire Gaming has a video about that uploaded recently, you can search it up for that. Hope it helps
I’m surprised that Ayato doesn’t perform very well on these teams. How would Childe compare?
For Ayato I think it's because his E duration is too short and you must wait for another 6 seconds to start another E session, that makes him slow in this team, longer hydro/dendro main DPS/applicator should perform better in a Nilou superbloom team.
And for Childe, I don't have him yet so I cannot compare, but since he can apply hydro long enough, I believe he should be fine as a main DPS/hydro applicator with Yaoyao/Baizhu as the healer, so probably Nilou + Nahida + Baizhu/Yaoyao + Childe (main DPS) should be great!
I didn’t see any teams with Alhaitham and Nahida together. Is that because they’re not optimal?
Hey there, sorry for the late reply! Alhaitham and Nahida in the same team meaning you'll have to run Kokomi as the off field healer and hydro applicator, which is not optimal (hydro application ticks too slow together with Nilou's aura)
So my general rule is that if you run a dendro driver, you'll need Xingqiu or Yelan to balance the hydro application off field, and since they don't heal, you need a dendro healer, which is currently Yaoyao and later can be Baizhu.
Please wait for part 2 of this video with more combination with Baizhu and Kaveh!
@@GenshinDPSCalc perfect! Thank you so much for the info! Very helpful.
I look forward to the future video! Hoping Baizhu works well with Alhaitham.
If i don't have yaoyao or kokomi can i use nilou, nahida, xingqiu/yelan, barbara?
Yes you can do that, with Nahida as the driver, or Barbara as the driver.
But I'd recommend bringing 2 dendro and 2 hydro for the extra dendro resonance to the team.
I really recommend you to pull for Baizhu if you enjoy playing Nilou team, since you don't have Kokomi or Yaoyao.
The team would be: Nahida + Baizhu + Nilou + Xingqiu/Yelan
Either Nahida or Baizhu can be your main driver.
How bad is the idea of replacing Xingqui (which I don't have yet) with the only other hydro available Mona? @GanshinDPSCalc
Or even Barbara. How drastically would I lose?
Thank you.
Can I replace xingqiu with Kokomi for the first Nilou team comp? Or will it be worse?
How can i play nilou kokomi and kaveh tgt?
hello does kaveh work with nilou?
How about
Yelan, nilou, nahida and barbara cause dont have kokomi?
I literally wanna skip baizhu since I just got nilou and I'm not guaranteed. But when you mentioned he was a healer (yeah i just realised that too) it makes me want to pull him. So i can put kokomi to other team when doing abyss.
If you're still unsure, please wait for the part 2 of this video, I will showcase more Nilou team comps with Baizhu and Kaveh, please stay tuned!
My early recommendation is go for it, he's a dendro healer that enables you to form a lot more dendro team variations.
In Kokomi Nahida team ,What differrent Collie and DMC? because i have dmc lv80 but collie lv1 😢
