💕Filo pastry sheets - 1 packet 480g
💕Butter - 225g
💕Custard :
💕Milk - 1cup
💕Sugar - 1/2 cup
💕Eggs - 2
💕Vanilla extract - 2tsp
Sugar syrup:
💕Water - 1cup
💕Sugar 1-1/2 cups
💕Rose water - 1tbsp
💕Decorate with pistachio and rose patels

Just tried this. I think it was too much sugar for one wrap of phyllo dough make sure you use two rolls for this amount.
Can the leftovers be saved and how - fridge. or freezer and then how do you re-serve this delicious goodness. Looking forward to making this recipe. Thank you Debbie for your response.

Hi! I'm trying this right now but with 400g instead of 450.g of filo.. us that why it looks a bit burnt in the oven, following the exact recipe?

No dear samosa sheet is hard . You can use homemade pastry it’s very easy👍
