I did not get to this, this board did not have a USB connection for the serial monitor, and it was difficult to work with. I have demonstrated the activation and use of the ethernet only on the LILYGO TTGO T-Internet-POE board. If it can help the link is below:

Why are u configuring Wifi credentials if this module uses mainly ethernet to comunicate?

Ethernet functionality was not demonstrated in this playlist for the WT32-ETH01 module. WiFi can be used to check the chip's proper flashing.
