Very nice set. As you rightly state, the MG34/42’s can and were fired from the hip. I wonder if the ‘ critics ‘ think an M60 or MAG58 can’t be fired from the hip as well ? Attached is a music video which includes a German soldier firing his MG from the hip. Thanks. m.ruclips.net/video/DNZ30WxvQkk/видео.html

Ronan, nice review. Plastic Soldier Review also did a nice write-up on this set and made a few similar critiques. www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=1415 Odd figure seems to be that one with the life preserver. They might have skimped on crew served weapons but they do have a lot of anti-tank soldiers. They would go nice with that Italeri set.

Yes as you say a bit lazy on the poses. If you take all the boxes as a whole you have a very nice selection of figures.👍

Estos soldaditos son fantásticos. yo tengo soldaditos de escala 1/72 desde que era niño. Cómo me encantaría poder hablar con el artista que diseña estos soldaditos.

Nicely done sir. I am glad you did a size comparison. I don't know why, but I thought Pegasus did a slightly smaller fig than 1:72. What's next mate?

Hey Al, thanks for the kind words. From what I can see in my stash, the German infantry, which are early War, were done in 1/76. This is slightly problematic as the matching sets for the 81 & 120 mm mortars and the 75 mm Infantry Gun (I.G. 18) are in 1/72. That, kind of answers your other question too as that will be my next figure series.
