We are aware of the combo but it's not consistent, just like Dark Angel + Rivalry. Its a great lock but its more of 'win-more' condition since you have to hard draw Spellbound/Rivalry. Plus in this current Format, even with Spellbound, Diabellstar the Black Witch can get rid of it since it sends for cost, not tribute.
