I was a conservative Republican from 1972 to 2016. Now I am an independent. I will not vote for any Republican who has been complicit by actions or silence in the Big Lie. I cannot imagine that I will return to the Republican Party.

Wow, are you fooled. Remember the issue is the administrative state is who runs things these days and they prefer a veggie like biden and certainly kamala. They are the authors of any of the lies including whatever you see as the "big lie". Frankly the rest of us are tired of gov't interference in small business and oddly enough when gov't leaves us a long we thrive and therefore the country thrives. Small and medium size business is way bigger than corporate. We just don't have the money or, frankly, the desire to lobby congress for targeted regulation. Folks like trump understands that.

This interview was a fascinating behind-the-scenes look into the key personalities of current Federal politics. No matter my personal disagreements with these Republican party operatives, especially their cowardly pretense, supporting a candidate that they know is terrible for their party and the republic, it is still interesting to hear their rationale. Please have Jonathan back again, it would be especially interesting to hear of his insights on the VP

The old Republican party is dead. Too many years of not listening to the "everyday regular people" of the party, call them populists if you like, but they are the majority of the party.

That is a shit take. The Republican Party needs to lose for the American people to win. Both parties need to lose the federal reserve needs to end. People being forced to accept a specific currency for their labor needs to end government control of human resources needs to end.

All those people represent the past. None of them represent the present.
Trump won’t lose decisive as of trends today. That can change. But at this mark he has risen back up to pre debate dropout. Not as great. But Trump numbers compared to 16 and 20 sure are looking good

When you are convicted of nonsense charges, you'll have some push back. What if you guys were brought up on charges for having an opinion or trying to present your home value as high as you can for getting a loan... conservatives won't do that
