The desk placement in front of a window is great advice. A lot of science proves sunlight improves mood/alertness/productivity. Paired with some shades so you can properly see the screen during the brightest hours. Great video!
if anyone would have touched my desk in my absence I would have screamed at him/her right at that moment 🤣... and keeping infront of window is actually good if you have a decent amount of light... we normally backlit our monitors anyways, so its not something different than that... it helps in easing the eye strain... i dont about feng shui but in Indian Vaastu Sastra, face should be towards north-east while working... love the simplicity of this desk setup
Hey Man, had a question for you. Was curious how you are able to create that clickable Instagram Handle bubble/tab in your videos description? Thanks for the videos too by the way!
never understood the trend of putting the desk in front of a window... that's the worst place you could put it in because of the amount of light coming directly to you : you can see also anything on your screen - hard to do graphic work & coloring - coding or any kind of work really... my 2 cents.
you need to block a generous amount of light coming from window... may be 50% more than what he blocked... a little amount of light actually helps in easing the eye strain
Placing one’s work desk against a window is just about the worst placement you can have. Think about the glare you get throughout the day, not to mention your electronics heating up.
"Core Grandma"- I love it! You did a great job, the room looks great and definitely creates a good feeling environment to enjoy being productive.
Thanks Jeremy!!
Such a beautiful space and new setup for her! Great work mate, always cool seeing your new setup builds these days
Thanks Kirk! Trying to upload more soon

Yes!! The proper shades are crucial but I much prefer this placement over in front of a wall

The bases will be all the rage on Amazon in the next 2-3 months. They are a very classy way of dressing up an eye sore.
wait isnt it a 24" imac? apple made a 27"?
Yes, thanks for the correction. Its a 24" imac!
Beige and hollow doors...hmmn
