Hands down THE BEST promotional video I have ever seen.....really appealed to your target audience.

they all break but the rest of the LED circuitry remains functional. Something you probably wouldn't find in cheaper light bars with crappy soldering. As in, the shocks, impacts and heat would ruin the connections
. . . so the big question is 'will it blend?'
The lights my firm was tasked to design were required to deflect a rock half the size of one's fist at 200kph velocity, and still retain 100% functionality. After all the testing was done, this resulted in a light where 9mm bullets would bounce off, and the ability to withstand over 3,000psi (The pressure at 2km depth is 2,900psi) The light wasn't designed for these specifically, but was a benifical consequence. I and i'm sure many would like to see this test done on life time led lights or atleast a comparison test between the two.
David i honestly doubt that your product is better then rigids, they do extensuve R&D to develop a light (which many try to copycat) that can withstand most extreme situations where others would fail. Ive tried to design my own, tested others but in the end the Rigid is by the most versatilex well built light you can get. The mining, construction, military etc use 2 brands mainly RIGID and NORDIC (nordics are found is SOME construction but thats about it, they are common overseas but rigid is starting to tale over as companies are realizing that the up front price pays off in the long run because of the quality. Also there is NO way you could compete, rigid buys cree LEDs and theyre other manufacturing materials in bulk so they get a good price(none of which you could use and produce a product for less then theyre without losing substantial profits). Rigid lights are expensive but i wouldnt trust anything else

Купил Е-серию 12 диодную 2 шт. Поставил на гелендваген под бампер, как противотуманки. Итог: вода попадает внутрь и плата начинает коротить и свет пропадает. Проклеивал клеем все возможные места где может подтекать. За два года 4 раза проклеивал. Спустя два года одна фара все таки сдохла.

Not bad, could be better. I make a LED light that will withstand all the tests that they perform in this video, but will /stop/ a 9mm handgun bullet (they just bounce off.) Additionally my lights are submersible to 2 kilometers underwater. (That kind of pressure, their lenses would instantly shatter.) Best of all? My stuff is HALF their cost. Originally designed for the NZ military and Mining industry, but I make custom for anyone. Rated IP68+2km [EX] G,D

p.s. bro... Steel thick enough to stop an armour piercing bullet cant stand up to a drill bit. So what makes you think that your what ever material you;ve come up with to cover your led could withstand a drill? Seriously. Even if you make your own lights, I doubt the would withstand any of these tests, cause whats the point in competing with Rigid anyways ;)

There's more then one way to skin a cat, and RHA Steel isn't the only material to be used in a bullet proof light. Notice in the sensationalized tests Rigid performed in this video, they started with a new light each time? I've been toying with the idea of doing a similar video, but using only /one/ light through the entire testing process. Which, it will withstand. Being this is the internet, I suppose anyone can make any claim can't they? So I ask, where's your degree in engineering?
