5 yards of ribbon for each strand (2 strands), the ribbon I used was 7/8 inch thick

I can’t keep shiny out for the life of me 😂😂😭😭😭😭

It's very tricky - especially in the beginning. I just try to remember to loop under rather than over (easier said than done). But there are still times when I'll get done with one and then realize it's mixed shiny/matte instead of both sides shiny up. 🤦‍♀️😂
To avoid dealing with shiny all together, you can also also use 5/8 or 7/8 grosgrain ribbon. Just add about a half a yard extra to each ribbon length- it doesn't "stretch" like the satin does and is a bit stiffer but does look amazing still.🌺
