I was going through some real personal troubles and she was dealing with them as hard as I was. But when this song came on it seemed all of our troubles and issues when away for the moment. The sun was shining and it was warm in the car. We had each other and we knew we would be okay. Fast forward to now and I’m away in the military as a way to fix myself. She’s still at home waiting for me. I’m coming home a better man. Every time I hear this song it reminds a me of where I was and the choices I’m making to change. I’m coming home, my love.
