First class dude. Saw Left to Die here in Paris last week, and it was awesome. Gus playing every drumbeat to perfection, Matt being the top frontman he is, Terry solid as fuck on bass, and Rick doing the almighty whammy divebombs like it's 1988 again 🤘

Cool interview... when spiritual came out it blew a lot of minds Chuck and James traded some awesome leads on that record glad I got to see that lineup live, was a bummer when James left when they came back around with Albert it wasn't as good, the human tour was ridiculous good

It's crazy you got all these side dudes from every Death album to interview. It's definitely helping me go back and fill in the gaps I had to only imagine back in the day. A+

I worked for METALIZED mag in Denmark and got to interview TERRY at the venue prior to the show. This was a hard time for him, as he said; to be cancelling would have great repercussions and perhaps lawsuits, so they decided to go anyways.I didnt get to see their performance, and frankly didnt care, since Chuck wasnt there. I was interviewing Mille from Kreator While DEATH was performing. But BILL was nice, even under these Strained happenings...! R.I.P Chuck....

Another really interesting interview. Walter Thrashler signed my ticket outside the Top Hat in Dun Laoighre in Dublin. Seemed cool but I had no idea why he was playing guitar in death that night. We didn’t know Chuck wasn’t showing up until a bit before the show. All I knew was pull the plug anyway as I had recorded it off a friends copy of Leprosy on tape. Mostly I just remember a crazy mosh pit and the bouncers being pretty rough on scrawny little crowd surfers like me. Kreator were on fire as well.

I saw the Carcass /Carnivore tour here in Mass at the Church House Inn. Got to meet and talk with a lot of the guys. Weird place to play but rhat show was off the hook. I think Carnivore had Visa issues and couldnt pkay. Memory is foggy.

Word did not get around in any "community" .. Bill and Terry sprung this cold on every European date. No one knew that Chuck would not be appearing - check the press, Metal Forces, Kerrang, Metal Hammer, nothing was mentioned. These guys wanted to go to Europe for fun, that's fair enough - Terry should call it what it is ... Blaming it on a tumour in 1991?? Come on!

That tour without Chuck was ABYSMAL. I was at the show. It was a complete and utter train wreck. Like a bunch of roadies on stage filling in for a band.
