You may very well recruit 1300 Police Officers in 4 years, however, what’s not being taken into account is that probably 2000+ experienced Police Officers will resign because they cannot handle the pressure of having days off continually cancelled, no home and work life balance, having no support from senior management and the unmanageable risk management that is placed upon each one.

I'm no fan of Khan but why would a prospective incoming Labour government and Khan have a deal sewn up before the election results? Did the Tories have a deal sewn up with Khan before the election? Oh no, they hate him. This type of politics is nonsense and the continual bickering, bitterness in spite just hurts Londoners.
