Respect to you surfing out there in those conditions but carry on like that you’re gonna end up in the hospital or worse…
I think you could do with practicing some basic turns beyond trimming down the line and surfing off of your backfoot, you’ll be able to respond quicker and navigate people in the line up better. I’m not hating here but you’ve been pretty lucky, and if you get knocked out in the water it’s very hard for people to get to you.

Easy tiger. You've got a big heart. I surf a very sucky, critical left reef and there are some lads who surf the reef with me who can't throw tails, or huck airs. They can only race, and get shacked. They have the heart to do so on the best days. I don't. I make them look stupid at the more high-performance, less consequence waves. They wouldn't dare compete with me. Some say stay in your lane. If you have the grit to surf in those waves, that's your lane. Keep charging, and wearing a helmet.
