Thank you. I fell 10 years ago and spent a full year with a horrible leg dragging limp. People who just walk don’t realize that some of us don’t remember how to walk without thinking about every step. This was so helpful!
Very thankfull to you ... 5 years ago I had an injury during playing football... Then I limped for like 6 months! Untill I realized I wasn't walking properly! Since then I have been in imense pain because I literally forgot ..walking.. Your techniques work perfectly.. And I don't limp anymore
When I walk I take very small steps almost like a robot. I’m sure this is because I’m not engaging my upper abs and so my walk isn’t fluid. Any tips to really engage upper abs ?
I would try and practice the Turn-Tuck-Lift mantra to help coordinate you upper waist, lower waist, and hips. If you are not familiar with that, check out my mindful movement mantras videos.
i had never noticed people's walking posture but by trying to correct my own walking with this channel, i suddenly noticed the odd ones. i have a friend that walks, not exactly duck-like, but her whole body would swing left to right. when walking with her side by side, she'd take so much space LOL
There are a lot of strange walks out there. It’s funny we hyper focus on so many details about life, but this one goes completely ignored by so many people.
I have noticed one thing.. If I concentrate on one leg.. If walking style is right my other leg automatically swings and comes forward.. Is it how it should be? It looks like limping.. But with more control it looks normal
I think you are correct. Only one leg should be powering the movement at a time. When you have perfected it, it should not feel or look like limping. It should be very fluid and natural feeling.

How can I contact you sir?
You can email me through the email on my website which is linked in the description section of my videos.
You used to say that it is the lower abdominal muscles that power the walk, not the glutes.
No, I say that the lower abs root, the upper abs give direction, and the hips power. That is part of my Direction, Root, Power system.
Walking code created by Gods power you cant know how much a miracle thing of human walk, hemiplegic stroke visdom to human walk capabiliry.
Human walking is miraculous
