Her performance is perfection itself...Never thought that such an execution is possible. Also speed and power she generates is awsome, as well as rootening, hip rotation, use of tanden, concentration of mind, kime, etc.
Her transfer of energy is amazing, every punch 🤜🏾 is hitting the air with a whipping sound.
That's just her uniform making that noise, really??? :)
@@naturesrecovery4516 yah, when you slap your gi, of course you will hear it. She hits her torso between the moves.
@@georgehatzimanolakis1904watched it 0.25x spred and yes lots of hitting The GI. Some small moves that was not visible in full speed almost tricking The eye. Its Nice execution but i dont like hitting The GI for effect.
Supreme! Only word for this magnificent display.the moves are so fluid,flowing that even the viewer gets relaxed.this supreme harmony with the inner & outer is her core!

Kusanku, also called Kanku-dai in some schools, is common in karate schools that have roots in Shuri-te. It was one of my Shito Ryu sensei's favorite kata.

What is this sorcery? She moves so fast it's like something out of a video game. Any of those strikes would be instant ko's if they connected with a person. 99% of people wouldn't react fast enough to block them. Even seasoned MMA fighters mostly wouldn't block those strikes IMHO.

True, which are things i would define as correct technique, and as a general rule I find that most high level competitors do exhibit excellent posture, use of hips etc. I think people tend to forget that the criteria which are used to judge competition kata were for the most part defined by what previous masters thought indicated a good kata.
