still the only reason the other trucker was at fault is because he left the scene of an accident had he stopped it would have been deemed the cammeerrs fault@@tabora_
@@tabora_given we only have this short clip from just the forward-facing camera view, we can’t make any firm conclusions about what happened behind this moron pulling straight onto a live lane at creeping speed. Maybe there was a vehicle in the left lane that then held back seeing a two-HGV collision was about to happen. We just don’t know and shouldn’t make assumptions. Also, we don’t know the other truck didn’t pull over either. After all, folk have never lied in these clip descriptions, have they?
1st clip - Why on earth would you not build up some speed THEN merge into the active lanes? There is clearly nothing on the hard shoulder ahead of you.
@0:26 the cops only gave that guy a $50 ticket?!!! 😮 It’s not like her car appeared from thin air. He knew a car was in front of him because he pulled up and stopped behind her. $50 is madness AND it was a hit and run. Wow!!! I’m willing to be he did that intentionally because I know he felt that bump. He did it multiple times. SMH
uk that could be classed as careless driving that up to 9 points and big fine, hit and run also could get big points and fine, but they may only give one or other unless it was so bad, if so then you get banned from driving, $50 is stab in back by the state, disgusting. pro driver should know better if not then they should not be allowed to drive a truck
0:00 why would you pull directly into the live lanes from a stand still..... He may be a fresh truck driver but that doesn't alleviate him of using common sense. Accelerate on the hard shoulder until you are up to speed, then merge... What he did here is just plain stupid and dangerous
18:00 there was a audible thump before anything starts tipping. It sounds like the load was being transported vertically inside the container and it tipped against the side. Ive taken liquid tanker trailers around corners a bit faster then that with no risk of tipping, there is no reason that truck should have tipped if the load was properly secured. And Truckers dont secure the inside of containers, only the containers themselves.
A few words of advice...not that anyone here needs it as EVERYONE is a good driver and it's always the other guys' fault... There is the Left Right Left rule. Before pulling out from a red light, look left, then right, then left again as runners coming from the left are more likely to kill you than from the right. Or there is the 2 second rule...count 1 one thousand 2 one thousand when the light turns green. Fug the azhole behind you who honks. And the 3 second rule (it used to be 2 seconds). Take a spot on the road of the dude in front of you and count 3 seconds before you pass it. THAT is the correct distance to follow. If you are a 130,000 pound B-train of lumber, think about 5 or 8 seconds behind. It's a Freightliner, not a Ferrari. Many of the same letters, just in different order.
We all get a little sloppy sometimes during our driving but after viewing these types of videos it pays to up your driving game skills, slow down and drive according to the conditions and that includes other drivers doing crazy things. Amen.
39:37 The person driving the blue car should never be allowed to operate ANY motorized vehicle...ever again. If you can't see a semi truck, you don't belong behind the wheel of anything. 42:02 alan alpert is a sh*t driver. Not only are they passing on the right, as they are about to move into the left lane, you can CLEARLY hear the other driver laying on the horn to get their attention, and yet alan alpert STILL moves over...UNSAFELY. Alan Alpert CLEARLY caused this. WHAT A DOOFUS. 52:58 I don't care what you say, that is 100% the fault of the cop...PERIOD. The cop should have MADE SURE that is was safe to cross the intersection. 58:28 That semi driver on the right hand side is a BOSS! What a save.
It is the cops fault but when your responding to a scene what do you expect 🤯 hey/she was responding code 2 and those cops have a special thing in there car where they can change the light to green to red ,but in this case I can't tell ,so yeah cop messed up 😑😐
@@BigAmericanDream The direction the cop is travelling has a right hand green arrow to turn. The direction of the cammer has all red lights. That means the direction of the semi has a green light and a left green arrow to turn. There was no way for the semi to stop in time because they are both crossing the intersection lines at virtually the same time. The cop is a huge doofus. What if the cop had been crossing those same lines about 1/2 to1 second earlier? Probably death for the cop. First responders need to be able to get to the scenes quick, but they can't just throw caution to the wind. This video clip example is just pure stupidity. I have been driving over 30 years. I have been riding for just a few years The more I drive/ride, the more I see how important it is to obey all the traffic laws...all the time. @@BigAmericanDream I know. I was proving my point. It was unnecessary for you, but it was necessary for other people who read it. Last comment is reserved for you.
prob because stopping on side of a big road dangerous and prob pulled over next exit as truck still drive-able. yes he should build speed up first in emergency lane then merge back on to highway
11:15 trk clusterfuck. That is why I ALWAYS had my CB on so I would know wtf was happening ahead of me. There had to have been truckers going in the opposite direction warning what was happening.
It's amazing how many people out there think they can play chicken with, or strong-arm a massive truck and win. That top-tier level of stupidity blows my mind every time.
It seems like a car doing 30 is going faster than a larger vehicle going - 30. People forget massandhow much energy is required to stop or slow a large vehicle.
I agree, but... most truck-drivers drive too fast and don't keep enough distance considering road-conditions. Everyone seems to be in a hurry. @@forevercomputing
One thing I have learned from these videos is that long trucks really need room to turn. It has helped me be aware to give them room and even back up (looking behind of course) to give them room. I believe in sharing the road and forgiving people when they make mistakes out there.
0:17 new driver with zero common sense or critical thinking skills, maybe truck driving isn't the job for you... you don't merge into an active lane while going at such a slow speed. That said, the other driver should have merged into the left lane if able (no other car appears, so I assume it was clear at the time)
42:02 (Alan Alpert) looking at his clip, it seems like the "I don't want to be stuck behind a commercial" mentality, sticking his foot down (to 100+) & doing a follow through behind the grey car to get in front of the black SUV severly cutting the black SUVs safe braking distance down. I'm wondering wether SUV lost traction went into the dirt (@90+) & it all went downhill after.
20:27 so guy is driving about 50 mph in whiteout conditions on snow covered roads. Does anyone drive to the road conditions anymore just cause the speed limit is 70 doesn’t mean you should drive the speed in these conditions
@52:58 Took some digging, but I found a news clip, and the cop had non life threatening injuries. Someone was watching over him..lucky to live through that🙏 ruclips.net/video/041J9M9LDrw/видео.htmlsi=eoyaHNVvUaVCrrAD
1:50 Risking his own life to make sure the driver off the car is ok by standing in front of the accident, not able to see danger coming from behind. And he looked so calm.
18.42 Here we can see inside the container that the load is totally NOT SECURED. This is very dangerous. In case of an accident the driver also could be killed.
8:21 - Another one that forgot that 4-way flashers usually override turn signals, so the cars just see a dude with 4-ways on sorta looking like he's going into the closed street with his construction vehicle. Are you trying to u-turn there driver? WITH traffic behind you driver?
1st clip just admit Texas DPS gave you the ticket and the hit and runs with cars are the cars hoping the trucking company will just pay out but now we have dashcams
18.`15.This is a problem with containers. I personally think that the driver has the right to know and see what he/she is transporting and if the cargo is very well secured. A load can only shift if it is not good secured.!!!!
The first one the truck driver should have got up to speed in the breakdown lane, so long as it's clear, then once closer to the road speed, check their mirrors, to see if the next lane is clear, then, using the turn signals, move out to the next lane.
The train horns on that long nose Pete is awesome - I think that Bobtail in front of him should've maybe at least moved out of the way as quick as they could so that they wouldn't get hit from behind like that I'm talking about that Porter Enterprise LLC clip that appears around 20:00 Edit: 22:18 Wait, the Driver got tickets for this?? I think they got cut off!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
If the logic is that 80,000 lbs can't stop on a dime - WHO IN THEIR RIGHT FUCKING MIND - operates a semi at full speed in inclimate weather conditions? Those are 💯 steering wheel holders who are a liability to their company.
7:50 cammer pretty much helped with making the semi rear end the car... Could've braked harder and let him in to avoid the collision but nope they him boxed in.
Most of this crap is due to the lack of professional curtacy. I have been a professional driver over 40 years and watching these butheads that lane hog refuse the simple allowing 1 car over that scratch there truck. I say goody to the 4 wheeler.
18:00 Feels bad for her. In this case the load inside the container must have shifted to the right or fell to the right. If the container was locked and sealed ( wich is often the case), she didn't load nor check the load. Not her fault.
7:58 did he even like brake? Im a trucker in Europe and I know the car did pull in Front of him but why does he need so long to come to a stop? Even the 120t Trucks in scandinavia brake faster then this one does😮
Amazing how people driving wide or long cars thinking they're in tiny things that can magically squeeze by a semi. Like here, my car is magic it can shrink! Yeah, it will shrink, like a smashed can Edit: my mom once told me that if you're driving in a blizzard, best thing is don't try to go around the semi. If you're behind them stay there. Never experienced it but I always kept that in mind even in rain
I usually skip through the snow vids, as there's only one conclusion, but often wonder how insurance companies view and deal with such incidents... cost wise.
I (from U.K.) have driven Stateside a few times during christmas & the "bad weather" & can't get my head around the amount of not driving to the conditions or fast driving through thick fog &/or heavy snow with NO LIGHTS on. My only fear, was being hit from behind while slowing for the conditions ahead.
That's what I'm wondering! That crash looked BAD Edit: Alright I found it, and apparently the officer survived, but required hospitalization. Happened on Halloween this year.
He was going code 2 (only lights) and police are required to slow down a little and look both ways to go across,if he was in a police chase then they would have to pretty much do the same thing except only look both ways from my understanding, you don't wanna chase a car and stop at a red light for 3 min ,but in this case going code 2 and 3 they are allowed to blow threw lights(obviously) but like I said SAFELY and the cop didn't do that ,then again (it of cause depends)
42:05 all the cammer, the car in front and the SUV were all driving over 100mph … they are all idiots! If the cammer shared the video with police and insurance they would likely be assessed with 50% fault.
4:37 I think it's part the fault of the semi too because he appeared to be going really fast. 5:35 The semi driver could have allowed the sedan to merge. It would have cost him less than 5 seconds. It almost looks as if he deliberately hit the sedan. "Hey, I'm the big guy, I'm coming first!" 16:13: What was the cop car doing,. parking right in the middle of the highway? Yes, of course the semi should have seen it but nevertheless that was very reckless and very unnecessary because it wasn't anywhere near the previous crash.
in the first clip isnt the driver joining the road to blame ? why not drive along the hard shoulder untill you get up to speed then join the road ? you dont just pull out doing 5 miles an hour into a live lane do you ?
In Germany he would 100% be at fault, since you have to "watch out for other motorists", since he admitted seeing her and still driving into her, he would be at fault.
15.20 - I disagree, as each turn needs to be taken on its own merit! 27.33 - Truck should not have braked so heavily! 33.46 + 57.40 - What is it with people driving at excessive speed during inclement weather?
It's sick.Familiar with the 5fwy truck tunnels by Magic Mtn in CA? It was pouring & I was doing 47mph as its posted 45. Had a truck fly by me & clip back of my trailer-I immediately shot 90°to the right across the lane & straight to the 30' cliff,I held my wheel to the left, then when my tires touched the mud,my cab did almost a 180 so I'm going backwards in the air almost straight in the air & my 'empty' trailer came back on me-I could have literally touched my trailer if I was not scared shitless. Thank God there was the concrete dividers before the 2nd big cliff & my tractor wheels landed flush & dropped me back to earth. Sorry long story-but all because dude had to speed in crazy rainstorm.
Cars and trucks losing control in the snow on the interstate and people think I'm just going to get out of my car. Don't do that you're safer in your car. I know checking to make sure someone is ok but it's going to get worse if you're wandering around. A bunch of people near me found out the hard way.
15:08 ,100% the trucks fault, both not checking to see if it's clear before making a somewhat illegal right turn from the middle lane ,& not using his turn signals either, the car technically had the right of way ,even though the truck had the right of physics & easily crush the car 🚗
I agree that it's the Truck's fault but I'm also thinking like this: How the heck is a trucker gonna make that in a legal way if the turn is too tight? The source here is bad infrastructure.
kevin barbian has a lot of nerve complaining about what lane the three wheeler is in. If you aren't passing someone on your immediate right you should move over.
19.00. Here we can see how irresponsable truck-drivers are. Speed: MUCH TOO HIGH for road-condition. These guys are completely CRAZY. I understand that all these straight highways are very boring and it leads to inattentiveness of the driver. He plays with his I-Phone, looks TV etc. I have seen them doing this because of boring roads. I'm glad that in Europe the max.speed for trucks is 80km/h. Most of them drive 85-90km/h.

42:05 all the cammer, the car in front and the SUV were all driving over 100mph … they are all idiots! If the cammer shared the video with police and insurance they would likely be assessed with 50% fault.
I wouldn't have thought that a dump truck could even *reach* 100 mph.
24:20 the guy was hit by the semi and thrown into the guard rail and just got up and walked, how the f was that possible😲
Nekromorph stopped at the middle of a exit lane and complains about a truck hitting them. I only wish the truck would of had more weight on it.
It's so scary that many crazy drivers are driving around. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
nah the wallpaper on the vid is insane
People should remember if you can’t see the 18 wheelers mirrors he cannot see you. And they cannot stop as fast as a car.
9:30 Karma 👌 !!
Karma doesn't exi... 🚘🚚💥
4:37 I think it's part the fault of the semi too because he appeared to be going really fast.
5:35 The semi driver could have allowed the sedan to merge. It would have cost him less than 5 seconds. It almost looks as if he deliberately hit the sedan. "Hey, I'm the big guy, I'm coming first!"
16:13: What was the cop car doing,. parking right in the middle of the highway? Yes, of course the semi should have seen it but nevertheless that was very reckless and very unnecessary because it wasn't anywhere near the previous crash.
52:44 Bro my boy got up out of that seat so fast 🤣🤣
19:48 Did anyone see the large object that caused the Semi to jack knife. I watched it 3 times and still didn't see anything?
Only see debris flying around, but dont think it was a couch or whatever dude thought 😂
If you're on mobile you can zoom in on it and see it at the start of the video... it's not a couch like the other person said it looks more like a bed
Might not have been on camera 🤷♀️
14:30 I hope that bus driver never ever gets the opportunity to carry children or anyone
Crazy how far behind are American trucks on braking systems, most of them just don’t brake
The guy backing out of the driveway full speed saw that truck coming, insurance scam 100% he just timed it wrong
Packman 4:23
Big rig drivers need alot of room,, stay away from large trucks on the road. ,,
6:02 die dicken amerikanischen Speckärmchen 😂😂
in the first clip isnt the driver joining the road to blame ? why not drive along the hard shoulder untill you get up to speed then join the road ? you dont just pull out doing 5 miles an hour into a live lane do you ?
5:31 would the pov driver have imploded if he let the car merge?
In Germany he would 100% be at fault, since you have to "watch out for other motorists", since he admitted seeing her and still driving into her, he would be at fault.
52:43 honestly made all the right decisions and quick actions. Although he didn’t ensure the truck was stopped
I'm confused the Porter Enterprise video shows the driver with the dashcam driving in the emergency lane. ???
@@FahqTyrants Sounded terrifying.
Cars and trucks losing control in the snow on the interstate and people think I'm just going to get out of my car. Don't do that you're safer in your car. I know checking to make sure someone is ok but it's going to get worse if you're wandering around. A bunch of people near me found out the hard way.
5:40 Tır şoförü hatalı. Yol daralıyor. Sağındaki arabanın önüne girmesi gerekiyor ama o ilerlemeye devam ediyor.
8:57 Perfect music for that. XD
35:10 Böylelerinin ehliyeti süresiz iptal edilmeli. Trafiğin durduğunu görmesine rağmen geriden yavaşlamadı.
Guy drive at 42 minutes and 5 seconds should totally be at fault he cut that driver off.
41:30 probably the best audio I've heard from these; a kid describing the accident
Truckers try not to drive highway speeds in winter weather challenge (near impossible)
58:45 "BORDER" not boarder.... and "So how did that zipping past the trucks maneuver go?"
90% of these crashes are semis going way the hell too fast is bad weather conditions.
most of the crashs wouldn't happen when the trucks in the US would be restricted on 90km/h like in Europe
Holy crap, driving is scary. Get in front of a 100k lb rig hit your brakes....natural selection. Go to Yellowstone, pet a cute buffalo.
11:15 These are real truck drivers. They are driving the road, they are not traveling.
The source here is bad infrastructure.
is the guy in the brown semi ok at 12:02??
Just proves that truckers drive too fast. Not in control whatsoever.
kevin barbian has a lot of nerve complaining about what lane the three wheeler is in.
