Great video we’ve been making momos as a family for years but I still don’t know how to fold them 😂 my hubby needs them to look perfect 👌 anyways game changer for us pasta maker and a steel cup saves so much time. Dough comes out at all the same thickness and cut with the cup every momo same sizes!!!

I would appreciate if you could show us how to make selroti and badmast ko achar. I know there are lots of tubes on the batter prep, but actual technique to pour it in the oil is my challenge. I tried couple times but the batter lumps in the middle of the pot. I don't want to get that dome pot. Thanks again.
