I forgot how beautifully hypnotic this was! Gumby went to the moon before the Apollo missions!! And the Iron Lung his parents revive him with is a little grim but I suppose commonplace in the 1950s what with polio. Thanks for posting!!
I love the big group of triangles/pyramid things chasing after Gumby, and then that one little one following the big ones with that silly sound effect.
1967 I moved to Riverside and we got the channel kvsc TV channel 52 when it was in English and they had a very good cartoon called The amazing 3 look it up if you want to know more leave a comment

The Amazing Three had a good theme song, too. Do you remember 8 Man??? These were on when the old Joe Oriolo Felix the Cat cartoons were on. It was KBSC and I slapped the side of many a console TV cabinet when the picture rolled or went all red.
I watched this when it was still on Amazon for free in middle school. I find this relaxing now because you just can’t get this creativity anywhere else

To the rest of you, this episode here is the pilot from 1955 people. So obviously it looks a bit creepy and dated. The series as a whole is a masterpiece. Can’t judge from one episode. If this show comes back with today’s standards it’ll probably be pretty huge actually.

There were some legal rights to the original sound recordings creator Art Clokey couldn't renew due to legal issues at the time.
