I totally feel you. I'm from Jaipur and did my grad from Delhi. People don't get me when I say you can never get Delhi wale chole bhature anywhere else in the world (my personal fav being chacha k chole bhature, kamla nagar) and now when I'm in Canada I miss Gulati's butter chicken and chacha's chole bhature like anything. And I have got the same skill 😂 Also, please recommend samosa (crispy and thin layer) and jalebi (thin, crispy, no color)

It's best to get Sita Ram chole masala. Ghar pe he ab bana lete hai, Delhi wala swaad Delhi me hi milega. This is coming from a true, pure delhite...But I would love to try this new restaurant..

I have tried every possible restaurant in search of cholle bhature but can’t find that taste. It’s no where close, I feel disgusted after eating cholle bhature at any restaurant here in Canada be it Rajdhani, Brar’s, Kesar, moti mahal, mughal mahal, bhai’s canteen, you name it. Recently tried from Milanu’s Tandoori Grill (Pickering) there chole was actual pindi chole. I would not say exactly the same as from street vendors in Delhi. But I liked there chole. taste of bhature was good too.
