    Major League Baseball consists of 30 teams split between the American and National Leagues.     I seen Willie hit 2 home runs I a Montreal Expo double header when I was 8 years old in Forbes Field ! I never seen a ball look like a pee flying over the wall ! One of the classiest , nicest, most caring person I have ever seen ! Love you Willie ! Man I miss those years ! It was magic !The lumber company ? True leader of men from example !

    What a humble man. Especially when Willie stargell mentioned his teammate Roberto clemente. Kudos to you pops stargell. Rest in peace willie stargell I was only 6 years old when willie stargell passed but he was a class act.

    Willie Stargell was a Great Person,Did you ever think that just because he is Professional,he is just like anyone of us,He is a Human being,Did you ever think that he could of had something on his mind.Just Saying.

    Maybe he was having a bad day, have you ever had one of those? Is that the only time you were on his company? Geez, this man lived in the spotlight of celebrity, give him, his memory a brake, awhole!

    at a card show I was showing him my collection of his cards. He offered me 50 cents for his rookie card. I said "No, that's alright but I'll take your watch for it". He goes "No that's alright" as I walked away I looked back and saw he had his World Series ring on. Dummy me...I should have tried for that. Classy man he was
