This is a great example of simple ideas executed in a creative way with thoughtful layering. Also like that you use almost exclusively stock plugins. I’m always jealous of those that can write/play their own rhythm sections 🙂. Maybe one suggestion: I wasn’t familiar with your music and would’ve preferred to hear a longer section of the song and probably before the breakdown into the different elements.
That is awesome! I finally found the genre that i really want to make but i only have guitar without one string and i haven't learned it lot but i maybe get electric guitar for christmas present and i want to learn it. I will listen your songs and good job!
@@danielgardnerphillips Yeah I got the electric guitar! I have heard that works, but should I train chord progressions (and which) or the basic guitar training technique?
@@Rekotti I would listen to guitarist you like that inspire you and find versions of those song and riffs online to learn. As for chord progressions the 12 bar blues is the backbone of rock n roll and many other genres, it’s a good one to know back and front.
I've got a question, how do u do radio effect or like retro audio? It's just putting down the slow frequency in da eq right? Good job, new subscriber, keep it up bro! ❤️
I’m not sure how i did it in that session, but usually, yes i will cut a hella lot of lows and cut a bit of the highs. or i’ve also used the iZotope Vinyl plug in, it’s a killer!
Now I tent to just bus reverbs. Generally I like to keep my delays specific to each audio track so that i can tweak stuff like the dry and wet setting for each individually. thanks for the question and sorry for my crazy late reply.
Thank you so much for posting this
My pleasure!

Never considered using a flanger in the way you used it-loved the tone you got in that slide guitar
Yeah thx! that was a fun one! i played it on my acoustic with a Bic lighter and than slapped a bunch of FX on it.
This is such a good tutorial, thanks a bunch dude. It’s helped a few things click for me in my own music writing :)
Wow great ep!

You should just go for it! The way i learned and improved on guitar was just by making sure i picked it up everyday.

Bro..! Did u record guitar 3 times?
love the video. you keep saying ‘i panned this left and right’ but nothings panned
Yeah the screen recording audio wasn’t stereo😐
Why don't you bus delays anymore? Seems like a weird decision.

Your songs are gone from Spotify
I’m working on getting them back up
