Wow this brings me back to my elementary days! I remember having to wear a uniform for school and taking a service tricycle every school day and going outside to honor the school and flag. Thanks for sharing this. You're such a great guy and big brother Kuya!
@@Obi-Adventures Thank you for the kind words my brother. It brought back good memories for me too while I was filming. I spent my elementary days at Letran College in Manila; road a jeepney school service (kinda like a school bus made of jeepney) to school. 😁 We also wore a uniform; khaki shorts and white collared shirt with our Letran patch on the shirt pocket.😁
Thank you for sharing Leana’s first day of school. You are a responsible person making sure she is safe going to school. I do the same thing driving my granddaughter to school during the school year. I’m glad to see the tradition of patriotism still exists in schools in the motherland. Send my regards to your loving family, be safe, and enjoy the rest of the week.🙏❤
@@reyado-jh7kz You’re welcome. It brought back good memories of when I was a kid in the Philippines. I appreciate you my brother. Take care. Have a great week! Stay blessed.
The Philippine National Anthem is one of the best written and sung in the entire world- was taught to us that way. Great congrats to Leanna on first day of school. Enjoy this very much, Ginno! Brings me back - I love it!
Very nice video…good luck Leana in the new school year. Gino, that was awesome to see all those children and their teachers gather together. I was amazed. Thanks
Hello, my brother, we are very appreciative that you were able to film Leana's first-day opening ceremony at school. Tell Leana that Tita Marie ( who cried) and I are very proud she made it to the 6th grade. We are glad that you can take her to school and also remind her never to leave campus for her safety. Take care my brother and remember, we love you all.
@@horacesubayar794 You’re welcome my brother. Yes; I’m very protective when it comes to Leana. I will remind her not to leave the campus for her safety. Take care our friends. Love you both.
What a wonderful video!! The children were so enthusiastic about singing and dancing….I was wondering if uniforms are optional there as many kids were wearing everyday clothes instead
Thank you my friend! It is not mandatory. The school encourages the parents to buy their kids uniforms; but unfortunately many can’t afford to buy them. Our town of Numancia is very rural; mostly rice farmers and fishermen. The school wants the kids in uniforms so they can identify the school students. Small problem with people entering the school that are not students.
Pledge allegiance in the US is ingrained in me growing up in the US that the Philippine allegiance seems too long and unfamiliar. I can still sing the Philippine national anthem though. I’m just glad that they’re still doing that in the Philippines. The new generation in the US no longer does these patriotic activities, that they grow up hating the country they live in. No investment and stake to make the country better when you hate your own country. It’s a sad state.
Both American and Philippine pledges of allegiance are ingrained in me. I was in the Boy Scouts; I think that is why I ended up serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. I always had a sense of patriotism growing up.
You should had suggested to the MC,that the flag supposed to be raised while they are playing the national anthem, but it's all good, maybe over there is different than, latin america and the U,S!!
I remember when I was a kid here; the flag were raised during the national anthem. It’s the first day of school; maybe they had forgotten what to do over the school vacation. 😁
Congratulations Leana! Hope you have a wonderful school year! Good job keeping her safe Ginno! - Eden
Thank you our friend!
Good going Chloe sitter
