They come from all over the country.

Even if you give street homeless housing, they will simply destroy it because they are addicts, and they cannot live in organized manner. Sadly, nowadays street homeless are drugs addicts, and they are addicted to cocktail of nasty chemicals such as fentanyl, horse tranquilizer, elephant tranquilizer, sedative benzo, rat poison, nitazenes chemicals, P2P based meth, wasp dope, and other nasty stuff. That is in the pills they smoke all day long. They are quickly damaged mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. This is something political from what I've noticed. I live in OC and I've seen a dramatic increase in homeless people that you can tell they are not from there. Back then you were able to tell who your local homeless person was but not anymore. I've fed a couple before because they've asked me and we engaged in convo's and they've told me they were "moved" from LA.

Along with the high statistic of mental illness, mass shootings, disease, viruses and anything else that makes our lives stressful to worry about. 🤦‍♂️ The human species just doesn’t know how to stop making their situations worse collectively. That’s why I strongly believe stress is actually intentional, and manufactured to benefit the rich and greedy. Stress itself I consider a disease. And when you understand a bit about the neurology of the brain, if subjected to for long durations of time can actually make you sick and even lead to death. Yeah, I understand your frustration. But to make the contradiction(to set a balanced perspective), even if you think the tarp for example wasn't an issue or the parking on a driveway wasn't an issue, it is against the law( yes, believe me i've been sited for that as well and it's frustrating but I realized my mistake and stopped doing it). It comes down to standards, if you don't set standards then the next door neighbor doesn't follow them, then the next people down the block stop following those standards, then the tourist visiting stop following and on and on. Its infectious, that goes for the homeless, they are lawless but if they see a town that doesn't have order then they'll feel like its ok to just break the law and litter or shoot up heroin near a school or set a tent anywhere and pile a bunch of garbage near the sidewalk. It's complicated but i wanted to provide you with an alternative perspective.

A little back story on the owner: He was featured on Bar Rescue. The bar was formerly known as "The Victory Bar" before it was renamed during the show. Max and his brother Zyke are business owners and both are army veterans who served in special forces. However, his brother Zyke is legally blind due to an injury while overseas. Max had made a video giving food to a homeless veteran and it went viral. Max raised $20,000, but there was a bit of controversy because it turns out the man was not a real veteran. After, the dust settled they donated the raised money to a local charity.
Max should be the one running for Mayor of San Bernardino.

If they are aggressive, screaming, talking gibberish, talking to imaginary people, they are on meth and wasp dope. I am not going to sleep on the street with a pistol in my pocket or in a homeless camp. I have applied for hundreds of jobs over the past few years, but crickets..As far as housing.goes, I am.a caucasian male with no drug or alcohol problems,.so that puts me even lower on the list. Im basically told, wait, wait, wait until you die or are killed on the street. Now, my solution is going to be to move out of "the greatest country in the world" to a developing country where I can get by on my small disability check. Homeless is the USA are treated as sub human, and no where else in the world are people treated so badly that they will come and raze your tent and few belongings to make life worse. Now I know there are a lot of drug problems that need to be dealt with, but there are lots of people living in cars, working, yet housing is unaffordable. We seeem to have billions to give out as welfare for the military ìndustrial complex, but when it comes to homelessness, everyone seems to scratch their heads and say where are we gonna get the money for that.

And fyi you sound like you want to lose everything Mr Restaurant owner if you think you can forcibly bus people somewhere. Millions more Americans will be living on the street in the coming decade get use to it or speed up the process by ordering everything you want off Amazon while your local stores go under and create more unemployed/homeless. There are homeless people who try to clean car windshields or gather cans and generally avoid people, and there's the crazy amount of addicts who became homeless and still get high. There's also another issue that I don't think people want to hear when I bring it up, and that's no matter how much fentanyl and heroin you confiscate, alcohol is legal and destructive. Not as quickly as other drugs, but as long as alcohol is legal and available everywhere, on almost every block where I live, people will abuse it. I can be busted for heroin, but I can buy bottles and bottles of whatever I want and legally kill myself slowly and nobody can stop me.

Well to be fair most of them Came From San Diego San Bernardino and Las Vegas and they bussed them from those place here to LA and from LA to Orange County where they were there for more than six years. So after they cleaned up the riverbed in Orange County some got bussed back so if he says he’s going to buss them back from where they came from, most of them originally we’re from San Diego and San Bernardino, so technically they are home already, better not drop them off here bro, or where gna bus them back AGAIN, it’s just a lil game we’re playing at this point 🤦🏽‍♂️
