[Shell] - 12 pairs
egg white 120g
sugar 112g
almond flour 142g
powdered sugar 127g
[Royal icing]
egg white 달걀 흰자 : powdered sugar (1 : 5)
a little vanilla extract or lemon juice
[Filling]
for 24 pairs of shells
egg white 30g
unsalted butter 180g
sugar 45g
water 20g
vanilla extract 1t
powdered milk 5g
condensed milk 5g

1. What is oven shower..??
- The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
- 1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
3. What is the baking mat's name..??
- This is called a teflon sheet.
4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
- It's not important how long I did.
Because we have different machines and environment..!
You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
5. What kind of colors do you use?
- Chefmaster liquid colors

8. What ia your oven and type..?
- My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
9. Where can I get the templetes..?
- I made all templetes myself and I am not
sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
10. Do you left or bake immediately..?
- As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.
11. What kind of eggs do you use? fresh eggs or aged eggs?
- I usually use fresh eggs. But' It doesn't matter what kind of eggs you use.
12. Why do you cook in a double boiler?
This is called 'Swiss mering method'. You can
make more stable and strong meringue.

This theme is the cutest 🥺 with the cows and the bottles... I don’t know what it is about it, but it makes me feel so safe 🥰 I especially love when you pipe the filling because it reminds me of clouds ☁️ Also, I noticed that a lot of people have been asking about templates in the comments and I just thought... wouldn’t it be so cool if you had an Etsy or a patron? You could sell the digital file and you definitely have a market, but it’s just a thought 😅❤️

Hi there! What kind of parchment paper did you use?
These look so adorable. They are super cute. I personally would have done a few things differently with the cow though. For the cookie on the bottom, or the back, I wouldn't have put the pink muzzle part on that one, because it should look like the back of the cows head, so I would have done it all white with black spots. I also wouldn't have painted in the little mouth, because the mouth wouldn't go there on the cow. However, they are still really adorable, and I'm just nit picking, because of my OCD... LoL. This was a great video 👍 ❤

Ppl make it sound harder than it really is, what you need is, 2 egg withes, 3/4 cups of almond flour, 1 cup of powdered sugar*finley sifted* and thats all for ingredients, well u need sugar too, so whip up the egg whites with sugar till its fluffy and forms stiff peaks, then and it to the mixture of almond flour and powdered sugar, and fold it in till it flows like lava make sure its not too thick or too thin! Pipe and bake. Hope this helped!!❤

Can these macarons be eaten the same day you make them? I’m curious because some people say their macarons need to be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating.

you can, it’s just a preference. some say after 24 hours they taste sweeter

I did your recipe today!! Thank you for sharing. I never knew I could macaronage with a mixer! Saved my wrist lol!! The no-rest method however, didn't work for me 😥about 1/3 of the batch cracked. Everything is was wonderful though. I'll probably just have to let it rest/dry a little longer before popping it in the oven next time.
She dries/ rest them in the oven. That's what the first part is when she's at the oven, and why the oven door is cracked open! If you didn't notice the bottom of the screen shows Instructions.

Hi! Could you please specify what speed you are using on the Kitchenaid stand mixer in terms of number?
Is “mid-low speed” 4 out of 10?
Is “mid speed” 6 out of 10?
Is “mid-high speed” 8 out of 10?

Hello ! I have noticed that a few of your recipes for your macaron shells you use Swiss meringue method but for your filling you use Italian meringue method . Why not Swiss meringue for both ? What’s the difference?
