That leather chair repair is a thing of beauty. I'm not well versed in detailing so I wasn't expecting that to be repaired. This is easily one of the best detailing channels on YT. Absolutely restoring that Golf to factory settings! ❤

Nach dem Video mit dem Audi 80 ein weiteres interessantes und professionelles Video zum Thema "Detailing".
Waren ja auch ein paar der neuen Produkte mit im Einsatz und das im Workshop mit Micha Marx erlernte konnte auch gleich in die Praxis umgesetzt werden. 👍

😁 Das mit der Zeit ist schwierig zu beantworten, da wir die Aufnahmen paralell machen und diese aus interschiedlichen Winkeln zum Teil wiederholt werden. Plus die Tageszeiten terminieren, dass es möglichst hell ist.

das erinnert mich sehr an mein erstes Auto, einen Golf 1 in "Mexikobeige" mit 70 PS, damit immer zur Berufsschule gefahren und Eurythmics gehört 🤣 "Love is a Stranger" . Wenn ich den Innenraum hier wieder sehe, kommen viele Erinnerungen wieder hoch, wie ich damals das Cockpit "gefärbt" habe 🤣🤣
das hier gezeigte wäre mir schon zuviel des guten. Alles schön sauber ist ja klasse, aber so viel Aufwand würde ich nicht betreiben

You probably spent more time restoring the condition than the car took to build, probably spent more on it (just in products alone) than it's worth. But man am I happy you did, this was a master class in how to 'detail'

An meinen Kadett E GSI hatte ich den" Köpi for Kings" das Köpi abgeschnitten und das "for Kings leicht schräg über das I vom GSI geklebt sah genial aus 😊

Das hab ich mir auch gedacht, aber wo fängst du an und wo hörst du auf? Es sind teils extrem detailverliebte Arbeiten gemacht worden und andere wurden eher mäßig angegangen die ich evtl. tiefergehend bearbeitet hätte. Das ist schon echt ein Sack voll Arbeit so ein Auto wieder herzurichten. Ein wenig hab ich mitgeschwitzt, gelitten und natürlich auch genossen. 😅

@@CMR2509 Es ist jetzt natürlich auch die Frage ob man das für sein eigenes oder für ein fremdes Fahrzeug macht. Wenn der Golf ohnehin als Gutwetter Fahrzeug in der Garage verweilt, kann man solche Detailingexzesse natürlich über einen unbegrenzten Zeitraum ausleben.

Klasse Aufarbeitung. Schade nur, dass das Auto mit so fürchterlichen Billigteilen (Klarglasscheinwerfer, Lenkrad, Spiegel, Fensterkurbeln, Schaltgriff etc.) verbastelt war. Wenn man das noch zurückrüsten würde wäre es ein tolles Auto.
