Movie William could potentially beat Stu. I’d put in a room told to kill eachother, each armed with their given weapon of choice(knives), and their usual gear(Stu in the Ghostface costume, William in his spring Bonnie suit), Stu’s only chance is to rely on his speed, even then he trips and falls have the time like a klutz while in the Ghostface costume. Meanwhile although movie William isn’t super fast, he is way stronger than Stu and more durable. He could take a bullet which is more than Stu can. Strength wise he tossed Mike like a ragdoll. William I’d say also could outsmart Stu, so I’d say in a fight he very well could overpower Stu and then decimate him, though if the Springlocks go off, Stu would technically win by default.

Yes he does it's even stated in frights that he does know martial arts, also he killed 12 kids(game wise) and 80 kill count in general(confirmed by scott, more if you count the books) plus he's semi immortal, nothing kill him or do damage he's only weakness is fire the only thing that can damage him(he survived fires before) the suit fused with remnant and agony give him more strength, speed and supernatural feats and abilities, stu is just a human serial killer with a goofy ahh suit
