We are in 2011 and France is at its place... Top of the world, this team is unbeatable.
And Germany is at its place too... They will probably even won't be qualified for the Olympic Games.

I'm not French or German but fact is Germany didn't deserved to be champions in 2007, that was a big robbery. France was the best team back then, handball is a sport where the referees play an important role. Serbia has won silver in 2012 because they were hosts, Qatar won silver in 2015 for the same reason, it's the same movie all over again. However Germany has won the Euro in 2016 and they deserved that one
As expected, the highlights dont show guigou scorring, and how scandalous was the referees
i hope this was the last match this referees ever participated in.
this was one of the biggest robberies of handball history. it's shameful that this highlights does not even show that.
Karma is probably the reason why Germany disappeared from the handball planet for 8 years after that...
But now it's a new team, and it's good to see this great handball nation back !

French were the best, referees was paid, SO MANY yellow card against France, and this last refused goal is a crime.

germans... why r u so dissappointed? Now in Croatia u claim that referees did dirty tricks against your team but when referees made mistakes in your favour 2 yrs ago (spain, france) everything was okay. u'd better blame your players than refs. shame on u!

@Dimpflbruder Remember the 4 last compétitions in handball... Who won ? Not Germany, isn't it ? Without cheating you can't win anything in handball.

These German highlights are deliberately not showing Guigou unfairly disallowed goal and the last 5 seconds which magically disappeared on the chrono.... We all knew Germany had stolen this World Cup as hosts, now, we understand the German medias were their accomplices. A sad moment for this sport.

+luhp92 Germany went downhill after 2004. Players like Kretzschmar and Stephan left, that it weakened them, but now Germany has a future. They won the Euro 2016 with a young team, so they might become handball giants again for the next 10 years

Actually, I would say that on this tournament, Spain would have deserved the title (and I'm French...): them too have been spoiled of their victory in quarter final against... Germany (oh! How surprising!), and I think that in this tournament, they would have defeated France in semi-Final, and crushed Poland in Final.

In 2:55 war doch ein klares Stürmer-foul. Die Partie hätte schon da enden müssen.

Hand is 1000% French 😍 6 times world champion ( 4 in the last 5 championship !! ), 3 times European champion and 2 times in a raw Olympic champion 😍😍 Only sport I have to support french team without being french myself !! Handball is not french actually, France is handball !!
