I'm a multi millionaire who’s been in the credit game for over 18 years with a credit score of 828. Best explanation of the due date, closing date, and statement date I have ever heard on the you tube platform! You kept it simple but explained in detail without complicating it. Keep up the great work. Well explained!!
Thank you 🙏🏾
So I keep mine at 0%... once I dropped it to 0% my score increased 25 points in one month. But I'm stuck at 800.
@@mychann33FYI a score of 760 has the same benefits of 850 score. 10:00
First time in my life I've heard someone explain this issue so that the financially illiterate can understand.Max respect beaucoup Force.
I appreciate the support and comment 💪🏾
I think you did a good job of explaining the closing date, credit utilization the 30 percent rule as opposed to trying to keep your credit to under 10 percent by your due date. Be blessed
Thank you 🙏🏾
@@Londondagans You are very welcome. I don't comment very often , but decided this was a time I should as I am concerned about souls, as the Bible tells us to owe no one, but wants us to prosper as our souls prosper.
This I had no idea! Thank you!
Thank you now I have scheduled my payments and you helped about paying myself as a business owner. So awesome and God keep on blessing you for sharing this with us!!!
Man i appreciate this! You just explain some stuff that felt like rocket science to me at first. You really broke that down for me, in a way that could easily understand. Thanks man💯
You got a subscriber
Thank you for the support 🙏🏾
Great information. This is the first time I've heard of the importance of the report date.
You broke it down. Lv it.
Thank you for the support
If you are having problem getting approved for a business or personal loan because of your poor credit you might want to consider hiring a private loan attorney and also a credit expert, that knows the exact funding option that suit your business. My credit was very poor around 400 I never thought I would still be able to get approved for $156k business loan to finance my business project. So never give up and keep applying... your idea and business worth to get recognised. Stay blessed 🎉
Great job !
Thank you 🙏🏾
Thank You
Excellent explanation sir
Thank you 🙏🏾
Good explanation. My utilization is around 29%. At the beginning of the year it was over 70%. I am working really hard to get to 10% or lower by the end of February. I expect my credit score to rise 30-45 points placing me at 850.
All praises King
problem: most people carry a high balance because they need to carry the balance since they do not have the money to pay it down to 10% with the reality being that if you're paying it down that low, you don't need the credit card...it is a temporary tool of survival for most people until the limit is hit...a credit strategy is not part of most people's vocabulary but should be...
Your comments on the reason people carry a balance is great! but at least you can have an understanding of what the consequences of doing so is, and where you focus should be.
Well said, You also get perks and benefits for using credit cards instead of debit cards. I have a recent upload breaking down credit usage
People perish because of the lack of knowledge. I carried high credit card debt. Close to 80% utilization starting 2024 and now I am under 30% and going lower. It is important to teach how to use credit correctly and the ramifications. I hate paying interest. I got a second job and created a budget which is bible for me. I can't continue to live outside of my means. I have other goals.
@@roxcee6710 You are like on that. When you see all the money you are losing and giving to credit card companies. Money you can use for other things, it make you get aggressive on reducing you debt.
Unless you're using US Bank Credit Cards! Their Statement closing date is the 15th and their reporting date is the EOM.
Hi my credit limit is $12k. Can i leave $1200 (10%) to roll over past the closing date? Will that increase my credit score ? or should i pay it all off before closing ?
When i pay it all off my credit increases by 1 point. But i want more point.
Also will my credit score go down if i leave 10% to roll over past the closing date ?
Is it ok to pay your statement balance down to 0%
Basically, you're saying just keep 30% before your closing date if so 10% easy
Not exactly. I'm saying it doesn't matter what your credit usage is throughout the month, but by your statement closing date your credit utilization must be below 10%
💪🏽💪🏽👑👑
If my credit card limit is $15,000, and my statement balance is $5,000, should I pay down to 10% of credit card limit or 10% of statement balance?
Good question. 10% of the credit card limit
@@Londondagans thank you.
Keep it under 10%
You got it 👌🏾
