I remember watching Jesus of Nazareth when I was a child and thought it was amazing how much Robert Powell looked like the many pictures and paintings of Jesus, we have all seen throughout the years. I still watch this movie always around Easter because it is a powerful reminder of what the Son of Man did for us all. It saddens me to think that Robert doesn't know the man he so marvelously portrayed. I'm going to pray for him and trust God. Thanks for your videos. They truly are a blessing to many in America.

Robert Powell was fantastic in Jesus of Nazareth, and he either doesn't believe, or doesn't want to be seen as a believer because of his career. It is clearly up to God to bring people to Christ. All we can do is spread the message of forgiveness and salvation through Christ's death on the cross.

I do absolutely hate it when people, almost without exception, fold the tract in half before stuffing it in their pocket or handbag. I visited a church where they had a prayer altar up front on the stage and there was a big photo of Robert Powell as Jesus of Nazareth. All these people went up to light a candle and pray to Bob. 😂. It was unnerving!

Well, this is news about Jim Caviezel only because for both movies, "The Passion" and "Sound of Freedom", he was featured/interviewed on Christian networks which are generally evangelical and not Catholic. But I am constantly trying to ascertain how Catholics are able to claim salvation and still hold to traditions - defend the pope sometimes - and remain loyal to Jesus.
