Excellent interview and I can confirm that 4 years ago I stopped drinking coke eating sweets and stopped putting sugar in tea reduced processed food intake and only take real butter made of milk and salt and within 1 year I lost 5 stone since then I've maintained a weight of between 10/11 stone and increase my daily walking
And that's not even the only Benefit. Less inflammation too and overall better health. At least that's what usually happens when you cut out sugar and processed foods😊

Eat proper food as much as possible. Avoid the poison in supermarkets. Go round with a small trolly 😆. It's all you will need

True , my experience recently those with higher degrees educated are less likely to have critical thinking abilities and are usually more compliance than those who say come from different backgrounds like manual labour bricklayer electricians carpenters etc...

Go and seek advice from a herbaist or naturopath [or whatever they are called these days]. There are a number of products you could possibly take if your condition is within ideal parameters, some of which are more than likely already on a shelf in your kitchen, that would reduce blood sugar/modulate insulin etc without the risk of reaction, providing you are sensible with it, and at negligible cost.
I always think of the film asylum when it comes to the government.

I like this guy. He makes a lot of sense. Root cause. I've been saying it for years. This is the way to go. Also preventative medicine... we don't do nearly enough, there's TONS we could do to inform and better protect people before there are problems.. be pro-active in health, and instead of laying the burden of researching, leaning and implementing everything on the individual -- that's a ton of useless 'work' multiplied.... and serious consequences when people aren't able to prioritize it high enough.

Change is inevitable as we all see the light of what’s being done to humanity. Starting with the man in the mirror this change can be accelerated. There’s no cavalry coming to the rescue. We have to do it ourselves.
If only our government here in the UK, and governments worldwide listened to Aseem their health care expenditure would be slashed, as most drugs don’t work, also all are over priced. People need to start electing MPs/government officials that serve them, not big pharma!
Governments are well aware that most meds are not needed, they're on it for the money, they do not give a jot about people. Global cabals put in place who they want, voting is just a con to make people think they have say - we don't, so stop obeying the conmen.

Had severe arthritis in my right hand for many years to the point were my doctor was considering steroid injections. I have also had back pain from a road accident when I was 16. I argued with a van and the van won. Had followed the government and NHS guidelines on diet for many years, cut out animal fats, used vegetable and seed oils, margarine and limited eggs and dairy. Red meats were very rare in my diet. After my wife passed away 4 years ago I decided to change my diet completely. Eliminated veg and seed oils, started eating lots of eggs, cheese, butter and dairy. Red meat often, particularly pork as it is a major source of essential nutrients. Cook mainly in animal fats. Cut down on carbs but still plenty of fruit and vegetables. Use olive oil and occasionally 'Cold Pressed' rapeseed oil. I cook from fresh or frozen with ready meals a rarity. Mainly a pizza once every couple of months as a treat. Within a year my arthritis had gone, I lost over 2 stone and I have just realised my back pain has gone. Not bad for an old codger aged 77. I can still chase the youngest grandchildren round and play garden badminton with them. My conclusion is 90% of good health is diet!!!!
Always had backache from the age of 16 when I decided to argue with a van, the van won and I had a broken leg, a back injury and some short term memory brain damage. Over time the brain learns to ignore the pain although it is always present. Suddenly realised my back pain has gone. Says it all really. Diet is king!
I've come off all meds from my oncologist. He's not happy, but i said that i would take responsibility for myself, he backed off. My decision and i take full responsibility for any consequences.
Herbs are always worth considering, the doctor probably won't tell you that

Narcissists, psychopath and sociopaths run the planet. That is the real problem. Once the human race can identify these people and remove them the world will be on the way to the place it was meant to be. That will take hundreds of years though so all we can do as individuals is learn about the personality disorder and protect ourselves from their evil agendas. Brave people like these two men are using the vocabulary and that will help raise peoples awareness of narcissism.
Very easy to identify them, they have been put in place running governments atm, they don't place normal decent people in government, global cabals are running the world. Stop obeying governments and we got a chance.

Brilliant, I do think a lot of the psychological and social problems these days stem from the complete over protection of our children, I am 70 now but up to being 10 years old I took jam butties and a bottle of water with my friends and we went out from first thing in the morning till the street lamps came on no matter what the weather, we thought nothing of knocking on a farm door and asking for water or milk and they were happy to give it. We spent our time climbing trees, building dams and dens, tree swings collecting bonfire wood, etc., the older ones looked after the younger ones. That all stopped with the moors murders, in particular the disappearance of Lesley Ann Downey who was the same age as me. Since then it has been the fear of stranger danger, paedophiles, traffic, in fact everything that terrifies parents of giving children freedom and taking risks, which builds up confidence, resilience and self worth, instead children are bought things to keep them occupied but it does not keep them happy and content.

I eat real food, avoid factory produced as much as possible. No ready meals, all meals cooked from scratch. I had had a bad experience from eating supermarket vegan food. Now I eat locally reared meat, eggs, vegetables..... had my bloods done recently, all perfectly normal. The food industry is destroying our health.

When pregnant for me. She soon realized she had been bamboozled. Luckily I turned out ok but was never able to conceive, did the thalidomide cause it??? We don’t know.. and that was 65 years ago

Disagree with Dr Malhotra regarding the majority of doctors being well-intentioned; this imo is not supported at all by the unquestioning nature of the rollout of Covid19 vaccines. Also why were doctors exempt from taking these vaccines?
He means they are well intentioned but go by the book. They don't want to harm people deep down, but they follow the rules, which are not always correct.

A worrying thing that I heard from a lovely 20 year old girl who is ‘awake’ was that the decision has been taken by many of her similar minded girlfriends to not have children. The reason being is that they don’t believe that this is a world they want to bring children into!!!! 😢

I drink sugary tea and it does me no harm, you can get fat on anything if you eat enough of it, even lettuce, though If you ate only lettuce you would soon be suffering from various dietry deficiencies.
