So if all equal under the law. Zuma needs to arrested on ignoring the active Summons. He today blatantly showed the middle finger to South Africa, The Law , this Commission. This can not be allowed. No other citizen of South Africa would have been allowed to do this.

I think he should recuse himself because Zuma has already succeeded in creating doubt in the commission and to put all doubt to rest DCJ should recuse himself. Judge Zondo is doing a great Job and he is an even better human being but I don't it's in the interest of Justice and SA that he stays on.
I remember the Omotoso trail and the recusal saga was the best decision for that case. Now the judge who sits on that trial is the defendants worst nightmare.

If you think our law enforcement must be that soft and cower to any spurious objections made by criminals then we are doomed. Might as well open all the prison gates and invite convicted felons to run the entire country.
