Just ordered this for my bedroom. I've been getting nosebleeds here and there. I have a 4 liter for my living room.

I noticed there’s water in the base once I put the blue part back onto the base. That seems like a hazard being that it’s plugged in. Is That normal?
How can you get it dry,? The hole is so small we can't reach anything inside to dry. Even all of the water won't come out as it just doesn't want to drain. Please explain how we are supposed to dry the inside?

Just hooked mine 30 minutes ago and it doesn't make much noticeable sound, I think yours might be faulty
My humidifier leaves the surface I have it placed soak and wet. How can I prevent that?
Place it on a large dinner plate and put a towel underneath the plate.
Mine only worked for 10 min and now it constantly stays red no matter what I do. :(
It happened to me too,after 2 hours of working.
I opened it, cleaned it up, filled with water and took to my bedroom , unplugged in and left till the morning.
In the morning turn On and started to work , no problem.

The Base of this Device if not Cleaned, Collects Bacteria. You didn't Speak to Cleaning the Base.
I was enjoying it, until it broke after a month of use.
Same here, but mine stopped misting after about 5 days. Garbage. Clean and new and using distilled water.
