What I love about your style is that you truly try to capture what the clients like. You can tell how appreciative they are by the amount of times they hug you during the reveal. Amazing job, as always!! Also, this is my first time seeing anyone use those new IKEA light sculptures. I didn’t get it because I think the cord would bug me, but now I’m inspired by the clever way you hid the attention of the cord behind the bar.

Great job! I love the "off-the-wall" design, the color scheme of warm and cool neutrals, the textures of nubbly fabrics and smooth leather, the balance in the room. One suggestion for a small change: perhaps break up that row of three blocks (white couch extension, black coffee table, caramel ottoman) with an organically shaped coffee table instead.

After watching, honestly you did good. He really did have a good open space apartment to work with. I like how you didn’t buy overly big furniture so that even with the pieces you did buy, they weren’t ytoo big. You still had room to be comfortable and not feel closed in. The only critique I would say is when you’re doing makeover’s for men…try to stick with one bold dark (brown…black…brown…army green) color for your couch and give it a warm feel with a nice accent piece. You had some very nice pieces ( bar, tv console, chest…) in my opinion they would have stood out a tad bit more with the right color tone against them. But overall you did good.

OMG! I have almost all the major furniture pieces in this apartment in similar style and colors! Round table, same shaped chairs, leather ottoman, wood tv stand with "vents", storage with black accents... Totally gave me more confidence to keep going with this style and some ideas to make it more cohesive.
