Then the Marionette gave life to the kids Spring Trap (formally William Afton) killed after the Marionette by putting their souls inside of animatronics. After that, William destroyed the animatronics the kids souls were trapped in. The kids souls now free, William tried to scare them away by putting on the suit that he had worn when he killed them, however this suit could switch between being a wearable suit or animatronic. Something went wrong with the circuitry and the suit switched into animatronic mode almost instantly killing William, trapping his body and soul inside of the suit, turning him into Spring Trap

There's a Serial Killer who Kills Children at a Mascot Eatery (This is the rabbit individual, but before he became said "robot") His first victim is protected by an AI that then takes on their Spirit (Marionette, "the puppet" / black white one) The Serial Killer then kills, say, five more kids. But the Puppet is aware of this. To ease their tormented souls, The Puppet gives gifts to the souls and lets them live on in their favorite Anamatronics Cassidy was a VERY Temperamental one, (The Golden Freddy inhabitant) and known as "The one [he] should not have killed" (keep her in mind) William, the Serial Killer, realizes his victims aren't dead. William wants to learn how to make eternal life. William harvests the robot parts to see what makes them tick William accidentally releases the souls of the kids The kids, under Cassidy's guidance, back William into a corner where his invention, as mentioned above by @Skiboi, sits The suit is both a robot and a costume, but can KILL people who are inside if they swap modes Afton, while cowering from the souls of his victims, died and suffered the EXACT SAME FATE the kids did, making Him into an Immortal Robot as well.
