I am always pleased when Death shows his face and he brightened this one too. I still think that this episode should have been part 2 of the season 6 finale. I am excited now to see where they are going this season.
This Cass was scary!! I love when Death is on. Julian Richings plays him fantastically! When he speaks, he commands so much respect. And when he tells a story it's awesome! He even has his little quirks like fast food & slurping his drinks. He's great. Leviathans are in the Bible. They are monsters of the sea. I loved you reaction & commentary! Can't wait for the next one! BTW - Sparky is adorable!! ☮

'Death' really enjoy junk food
First, I don’t know if I’m the only one that thinks this, but I think the plot of this episode could have definitely been the finale of the previous season - it still ended on a pretty big cliffhanger and it just seems like it was still season 6. Yes! Misha playing other parts in this show is almost always brilliant. Probably my second favorite non castiel persona of his. Also, it’s interesting to me that at this time and over the next couple of seasons Jared loses a lot of weight. He had auditioned for Conan(?) a ways back and got very buff (see seasons 3-5) but once that was over he stopped, in addition to injuring himself while working out and he got a lot thinner. I’m glad though that his weight loss does seem to flow with what’s happening to him as a character.
