Inquisitive man at DWP hidden location

Inquisitive man at DWP hidden location #blackpool
Today I visited Blackpool and Poulton Post Office Delivery Office on Faraday Way and found a hidden gem! In the form of Ryscar House, listed on Google as HM REVENUE AND CUSTOMS but now a very large and secret DWP office, with no signage until you get up close, where I was challenged by a Inquisitive man, not displaying ID or an SIA license who said he was not security!
