That is exactly what I try to explain to people-symptoms 24/7. Not just episodic heartburn but there all the time. Thank you for sharing

Hello thanks for video ....I have 2cm hiatal hernia,,with all symptoms you had and on top of this bad breath . 4 years on pentoprazol . Currently no vomiting nausea, I eat well except spicy foods . Regurgitate and burn my chest. My doctor appointments me for monometry to decide surgery. I scare to have surgery. Especially when I think too much weight loss , and it takes 5 to 6 months some people totally regret,, I am so confused incase if I loss my current health . Because I live alone ..hiw I can work if I come across complications. Omg really to hard . Only bad breath makes me mad otherwise for regurgitation I don't care this much . Please please just what u recommend me ? Thanks

When you mention that you feel "pressure" every time you engage your core. I know exactly what you mean.
I usually feel that even when i open a jar, push or pull anything over 25 lbs.
I have a hiatal hernia but im getting a surgery to get it repaired soon.
Seems like you are healed for sure.
You are doing the right thing of taking things slow.
Do you ever plan to do ab exercises in the future?

I do. Just not the commonly thought of ab exercises like crunches. And I modify. Exercises like a plank or sphinx I might just hold on a weight bench so it is easier rather than on the ground. I have done in the ground and even on a fit ball though. Just very little. Not really doing crunches or anything else intense though. Not sure I will again either. We shall see with time
